Corrupt political favors are Tubularsock’s middle name. Once you are in a position such as Secretary of the Inferior you have an obligation to “fit-in” and not rock the boat. Tubularsock is not a boat rocker so when the right deal comes along at the right moment the right decision will be made to put all the right cash into Tubularsock’s right pocket. Of course, we live in a democracy so all this applies to the left pocket as well. That is known as balance.
