I don’t know whether you heard or not, Tubularsock, but there aren’t any cents in Canada anymore. There is much of the other kind of sense either. (sad state of affairs)

Tubularsock has not kept up with the monetary system of Canada but the lack of cents has no sense and the senselessness of cents my be sensible for centlessness.
Or not.
But Harper is a complete ass no matter how you cut it!
I imagine that Canada uses Westminster Parliamentary Procedure. Only the US uses Robert’s Rules of Order. I go to a lot of Green Party meetings that (roughly) follow Westminister procedure. It was very confusing at first because meetings always start with apologies.
Initially I had the same problem as Jim in the Vicar of Dibley:
Tubularsock doesn’t want to choose sides but Robert seemed a little slow with the process and the WPP out right nutty! Tubularsock is in favor of the loudest wins.
A way back in the day, the Popular Committee for Palestinian Resistance Spokane Branch spent two months deciding what might in fact be the best day to hold meetings. Being unable to come to any conclusive decision, the PCPRSB adjourned for the year but first sent a message of solidarity to those suffering in Palestine. Robert’s Rules of Order proved ineffective while Westminster Parliamentary Procedure proved wholly un-wieldly.
Life in Spokane moved glacially onward and Rachel Dolezal turned up pregnant without real human interaction. Working on mysteries without any clues for sure.

It makes sense if you want to race your currency to the bottom. I hope Harper goes with it.

Tubularsock doesn’t have to say “a penny for your thoughts” ….. you’re most clear!
