Tubularsock 
This explains why I am so ugly! I can’t afford new shoes! I have lost my sole!
I used to have soul however: I played in Rhythm and Blues and Funk bands in the seventies. You know back when R&B was actually R&B, instead of corporate MTV shit?
A lot of us funky white guys had soul back then, but we were never that pretty: “Play that Funky music, white boy!” We could even clap on 2 and 4, now even the rappers can’t do that!
I love the days when the Tube posts; It’s like “napalm in the morning. It smells like victory!”

Well sojourner it is all in the eye of the beholder. Tubularsock has always followed what Frank Zappa said about this subject:
“I have an important message to deliver to all the cute people all over the world. If you’re out there and you’re cute, maybe you’re beautiful. I just want to tell you somethin’ — there’s more of us UGLY MOTHERFUCKERS than you are, hey-y, so watch out.”
Always made Tubularsock feel better. Kind of like beauty by numbers.
Can’t agree with you more about what they call R&B today.
Tubularsock loves the fact that “someday this wars going to end” but until then it’s just one apocalypse after another!

You should know about soul. One of the funkiest bands that ever existed came from Oakland, Ca.: The Tower of Power. Loved that band! They used to frequent Columbus on their tours. They loved us, because we loved soul and funk. They played the fair here, about eighteen years ago. Went to hear them. Great band!

Tubularsock’s humble apologies, Lou. Somehow when you changed names Tubularsock lost contact with your new site. I couldn’t figure out where you went but now all will be rectified and back on track.

Genie, Tubularsock has no idea what you two are up to but Tubularsock’s feeder lost track of Lou’s new blog and until he provided a link Tubularsock just figured you’d taken over and he had stopped blogging.
As Tubularsock recalls there was a combo blog with both of you and you each had your own blogs as well then you started doing what was Lou’s blog and Lou had a new blog and that is where I lost him.
Now Tubularsock finds out that you guys have issues which Tubularsock knows nothing about.
Tubularsock likes Lou’s work and Tubularsock likes your work and that is as far as it goes.
Tubularsock hopes you guys can cool your differences but Tubularsock is not lying or deceiving anyone. Nor is Tubularsock even participating in “white lies”.
Not that all those abilities wouldn’t be useful in the quest for the Presidency but in your disagreements between the two of you Tubularsock stands innocent as charged.

And then the link was right there, that was the comment that you left, verbatim, since then, I’ve removed comments and likes, so your comment is not there, but I’ll be happy to send you the notice of your comment, which I posted verbatim in the above comment.
It was Lou’s blog, however, he walked away from it 3 times, 3 times I offered it back to him, and he said: “No, Sand Mandalas, you keep it, just tell people where my new blog is.”

Genie: Tubularsock does remember this post and Tubularsock clicked onto the link.
What Tubularsock didn’t do was to “follow” the new blog. Tubularsock assumed that was built into the change.
Then Tubularsock no longer receive updates except from “the conspiratum” blog and assumed that Lou had just stopped blogging. Simple and it really isn’t a federal case as far as Tubularsock is concerned.
Tubularsock likes your work and Tubularsock likes Lou’s work and that is the bottom line.
The mix up is settled for Tubularsock and thanks for clearing that all up.

Yeah, I can see how it could be confusing, glad it’s cleared up now.
I was confused when I read your comment to Lou, it looked like a white lie to me, but now that you said that you didn’t click the link to Lou’s new blog to follow it (at that time), I understand what happened.
