Not only are individual blacks held accountable but the race is blamed for the unnecessary violence inflicted by a structurally biased criminal justice system.
#BlackLivesMatter villainized by the same ones who claim the police should not be responsible for their own brutality.
You have justice by law or justice by nature or rather human nature.
