It was meant as a joke but he awakened to the fact that it was, according to him, “inappropriate”.
Boy oh boy, Jared you aren’t much fun!

Leslie, as Tubularsock has always said —- if a comedian has to explain his joke, it may not be funny.
Tubularsock came at this from two flanks as the military says.
One comparing Biden for his incessant fixation with smelling young girls hair and Two pointing to the fact that a Congress person should be focusing on issues significantly more important such as GENOCIDE!
For Tubularsock our government and its representatives are all on a one way street going the wrong way.
Tubularsock hopes this explanation clears it all up for you, Leslie. And those others that didn’t follow Tubularsock’s train of thought as well.
