Tubularsock just happens to have a copy of the Constitution of the United States in braille because as you know in America, “justice is blind”!

And what could be more JUST than the Constitution?

Also it only takes about 12 minutes or so to read the entire thing with an additional seven minutes if you wish to read the Bill of Rights, slowly.

But it is the United States Constitution which Tubularsock wishes to draw your attention to.

You see, Bob Mueller has stated, in his recent nine minute statement about the conclusions of his 448 page Report summarized in 4 pages by Attorney General William Barr, that even though Trump DID commit a series of CRIMINAL OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE activities ol’ Bob can’t indict a sitting President for these crimes because of the Constitution.

Of course that led Tubularsock to read the Constitution! Again. NO WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION does it say ANYTHING about preventing an indictment of a sitting President for obstruction of justice!

NOT ONE WORD.

So where did ol’ Bob come up with that bull shit?

Well there is an Executive-Justice Department RULE preventing him from indicting Trump for his obstruction of justice criminality.

 

This is JUST AN INTERPRETATION, by the Office of Legal Counsel of the Justice Department, of the Constitution!
The Constitution DOES NOT SAY THAT!

So the Department of Justice as well as Robert Mueller may be just FULL OF SHIT!

Now for the question:

The Department of Justice is part of the Executive Branch of the government.

How is it that THEIR interpretation in this case isn’t a conflict of interest in the legal sense?

Anyone in TubeLand know?

Tubularsock is not an expert on the law unless its breaking them.
But don’t be concerned. Tubularsock wears disguises.

So the only way for this issue to be resolved is by the Supreme Court and to give you an example how clear the Supreme Court has been on this type of issue let Judge Tubularsock present exhibit A and exhibit B.
EXHIBIT A:

Nixon v. Fitzgerald, a 1982 decision, the court ruled that the president had immunity from civil lawsuits arising from his actions in office.

Well THAT’S CLEAR!

EXHIBIT B:

Clinton v. Jones, a 1997 decision, the justices ruled that the president enjoyed no immunity from civil suits arising from his conduct while he was not in office.

And this too is clear.

So …….. we are back where we started:

Going back to before Nixon, the Justice Department rules that you cannot indict a sitting President …… YOU HAVE TO IMPEACH HIM!

So the catch 22 is that the Justice Department would have to disobey their own rule and indict Trump AND THEN Trump would take his case to the Supreme Court.

But that won’t happen because the Justice Department won’t indict so there is no case.

Oh sure, the Department of Justice could change their “rule” (because it is ONLY an interpretation) and then indict or the Congress could make an Amendment to the Constitution to clear this all up BUT everyone reading this right now would be dead before that process was complete.

Comforting isn’t it.

So it is not an understatement to say that THIS is a Constitutional Crisis and Impeachment is the only way to proceed to resolve the Trump problem.

And if you review Vol.2 of the Mueller Report you’ll find OVERWHELMING evidence that Trump obstructed justice. But unless Congress wants to REALLY stand up for the RULE OF LAW then no contest!

Oh, by the way ……. they all still receive their paychecks on time and their campaign contributions …….. Ahhhh, life is good!

THE GOOD OLD DAYS OF 2018

 

Well a fucking HO-HO-HO to everyone.

Another year is closing and world peace and goodwill toward men is headed for the exit.

The Government is shut down.

The Stock Market is headed toward the depths of hell.

The Congress is not willing to throw 5 billion on blocks to build “The Wall”.

The Orange-Child is kicking, pouting, and tweeting about …. whatever.

And it is business as usual in good old Amerikkka.

For Tubularsock it is that happy time of year when total strangers yell out “Merry Christmas”, or the much more PC, “Happy Holidays” to you.

Of course, Tubularsock yells back …… “Same to ya fella, and so’s your mother.”

 

And Tubularsock’s favorite Christmas past time, sitting on a bench and watching people ladened with gaily colorful packages stepping over the homeless in order to get home with their happy treasures to share in Christmas cheer BEFORE the credit card bills arrive.

 

Well hell, they gave 20 bucks to a food bank what else can one do?

So with total optimism Tubularsock faces 2019 because we can all hope that it can get worse which then will make all this current shit become, “The Good Old Days”!

Kavanaugh Ethics Scam

Well Tubularsock knows that some of you out there have had to interview for a job sometime in your current life. Right?

And doing that, depending on the position you were attempting to acquire, you had to provide information about your past work experience and perhaps some letters of recommendation showing your past achievements, experience, and character.

And once that was completed you were interviewed and had either been hired or not depending on how well you fit the job culture you wished to enter.

Of course, that was determined by the hiring team and/or boss considering your qualifications.

Pretty common stuff.

How often were you ever hired to do the job AND THEN AFTER you were hired and working at the job, your boss THEN decided to review your past ethics complaints?

You see in normal cases that would have been done BEFORE you got the job.

Well then, you just picked the wrong job!

You see, if you would had gone for being a Justice on the Supreme Court then you would have gotten the job AND THEN your ETHICS would then be looked into by your boss.

Sure it is ass backwards but we are talking government service here NOT A REAL JOB!

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. has, according to a letter made public, has stated that he has been asked by the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit to transfer at least 15 ethics complaints against Kavanaugh to the 10th Circuit, which is based in Denver and covers six states in the western United States.

To transfer complaints to another circuit is how federal courts in recent years have dealt with high-profile ethics cases.

Judges who ask to transfers these types of complaints do so to avoid conflict-of-interest issues.

So Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed to be on the Supreme Court of The United of America and is presently working AND NOW they are checking on his ETHICS!

Now you know the idiom, “A country of laws not of men” which is bantered around like it really means something. It falls into that “Rule of Law” bull shit so often held up as some kind of sacred screed as it’s explanation runs on ad nauseam.

Usually being preached by some of the slickest criminals in our very own government!

The biggest setback to this entire “Rule of Law” business is that those with money and societal status have a far better chance of getting AROUND the law than a regular citizen and if you’re poor …….. forget it baby!

But even if you forget the poor little rich frat-choirboy Kavanaugh who is just the current special privileged token to get a job on connections alone and view the entire system that we pride ourselves …………. well, if you believe it, you are deceiving yourself.

And then your second accuser says that YOU, Brett Kavanaugh, shoved your penis in her face.

And President PUSSY GRABER’S response: “Oh gee, let’s not make him a Supreme Court justice because of this?”

Now you see how correct your mother was, Brett.

But it really isn’t about President Shit For Brains, now is it.

It is about YOU, Brett.

 

All that business about being a virgin with a deep respect for women is a very, very, VERY weak defense. In fact, that is more of a reason for you to get blind drunk and act out and maybe why you lost control! Virgin Vengeance, perhaps.

Brett’s former roommate reports that Brett Kavanaugh spent his time at drunken parties and ran with a hard-drinking crowd. This pattern followed him from his high school days into college according to the facts that have been uncovered.

And because Brett Kavanaugh was so weak in moral character that when he Clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski he never noticed Kozinski’s pornographic tendencies and his sexual harassment tendencies which led to 15 women’s complaints that forced him into retirement. As Other clerks have called that culture, which ultimately forced Kozinski’s resignation, an open secret.

Kavanaugh clerked for Kozinski in 1991, they sat on panels together, and co-authored a book together and even helped Kozinski vet law clerks for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

And somehow with this close relationship Kavanaugh missed that Kozinski was a total creep?

Maybe Brett was just too busy masturbating his virgin-Catholic-dick to notice Kozinski antics. You know how Tort Cases turns one on!

And when asked by Senator Chris Coons about Kozinski’s inappropriate behavior, including his circulations of sexually explicit emails via his “Easy Rider Gag List”, Kavanaugh’s written and oral responses were vague, and skirted the senator’s direct inquiry.

As Elie Mystal wrote in her article in Above The Law,  “Who knows what kinds of sexual harassment issues Kavanaugh will have the opportunity to decide on over the next 30 years or so, whether the man can even recognize sexual harassment WHEN HE SEES IT is relevant.”

And now today a third woman has come out with more accusations for Brett to deny.

Julie Swetnick claims that, Kavanaugh and his best friend Mark Judge, who by the way has come out previously in defense of Kavanaugh, “. . . would attempt to ‘spike’ the ‘punch’ at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.”

Julie Swetnick further claims that Kavanaugh and Judge were present at a party where she had been “gang raped” by others but not by Brett and Mark. (as far as she knows)

But hell, Brett has come out in full denial of all the accusations and has put on his choirboy virginity stance and said,

“This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened.”

Have you noticed that Brett Kavanaugh is using the exact same tactic that the Grab-Your-Pussy-In-Chief uses.

No matter HOW OUTRAGEOUS the accusations are against them the answer is ALWAYS the same:

THIS NEVER HAPPENED! THIS NEVER HAPPENED! THIS NEVER HAPPENED!

And then they keep repeating it EVEN when all the evidence shows they are lying!

These two guys DO LIVE IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE!

But if you took the time to listen to Kavanaugh’s answers given to the Senate Judiciary Committee you would have realized just how often he evaded questions which to an intelligent person would surely inspire doubts about his truthfulness before the misconduct allegations surfaced.

But it is not about integrity or intelligence or even character that the Republican’ts care about. It is about pushing their agenda ……… nothing more.

Get him in there before the midterm election no matter what! Not good governance if you ask Tubularsock but it is the way the system works and it is the major reason why it doesn’t!

DEATH CULT AMERICA

 

Well “Mad dog Mattis”, our beloved Secretary of Defense, has admitted that the 80 plus living people who are dead now after President Dump bomb the Syrian Airbase with Tomahawk missiles in 2017 didn’t have to die.

Mattis, admits that THERE IS NO EVIDENCE ASSAD USED SARIN GAS ON HIS OWN PEOPLE IN 2013 OR IN 2017!

Remember that entire thing about Obomber’s “red line in the sand” and the criticism he received because HE DIDN’T bomb Syria for the gas attack in 2013. He didn’t have clear evidence that Assad really used sarin gas. And then later it was shown that “our” terrorists were the ones that used it.

So Obomber not retaliating was due to lack of clear evidence. And rather than blunder with death and destruction he stepped back.

However LittleLimpDickTrump RUSHED to bomb the Syrian Airbase and kill 80 plus people with no clear evidence that the Assad Government had done it. His action was ONLY because he wanted to ACT LIKE he had a large dick. Ask Stormy, he doesn’t!

No surprise there.

But “Mad dog” didn’t bother to explain how the United States was going to bring those 80 plus people back from the dead. Well, in truth he never really thought about the people.

He only admitted that the U.S. had no proof that Assad was involved.

Tubularsock is surprised that we didn’t rush off and bomb Afghanistan like Bush did after 9/11.

You see, The U.S. has to bomb somebody! It’s the MANLY thing to do.

That is what the presstitutes and the establish power structure calls “Presidential”!

And as “Mad dog Mattis has said, “Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet.”

He is definitely a creepy little old limp prick!

 

But it is a systematic problem for the United States. We are a killing culture and it is condoned by the President and Congress.

AND the citizens of the U.S as well.

But the citizens of the U.S. don’t really care much if we kill random men, women, and children in those foreign countries because they somehow find themselves on the battlefield called THEIR COUNTRY and get themselves killed.

And it is agreed that America is in THEIR COUNTRY to save them from THEIR COUNTRY!

And the fact that they get dead by the United States because we are there to save them ……….

WELL …… that is their fault

But then WE have ANOTHER school shooting and the American citizen gets, well you know, all emotional and they feel something should be done.

But the President and Congress NEVER wants to face the gun issue because EVERYONE is just too emotional to clearly decide ANYTHING about guns at this point in the latest crisis.

 

Let step back and support and send our prayers and face this crisis when the emotions calm down.

WELL THE PROBLEM WITH THIS is when will our emotional free period show up.

There have been 17 school shootings this year alone and we are only in mid-February!

When Tubularsock saw this, immediately doubt was the reaction.

Now, it is not that Tubularsock has any doubt what-so-ever that Donnie can’t tie his own shoes but Tubularsock had to do some research about this Newsweek article. First Tubularsock hates Newsweek and doesn’t trust much of what they say but also because of the stupidity of ALL of the Trumps’ and inability to tie their own shoes was a little too much.

Hell, Melania and Ivanka wear slip-on for Christ sake!

But alas, life is stranger than fiction.

It has been disclosed by the New York City Board of Elections that due to the lack of a 3rd grade level of intelligence the Trumps couldn’t vote for the Mayor of New York because………….

Donnie while filling in his absentee ballot put down the WRONG DATE FOR HIS OWN BIRTHDAY! You know, how June and July look alike, right?

Melania wrote in under “county”, USA rather than New York and then proceeded to NOT SIGN the inner envelope as instructed to do for mail-in absentee ballots.

She is one of those immigrants that climbed the wall so at least it is somewhat understandable.

Ivanka filled out her ballot properly but didn’t mail it in on time.

And Jared, not being a “real-Trump” didn’t vote at all.

Now don’t let it bother you that:

SPEAKING OF VOTING.

You have seen that Doug Jones won the Alabama Senate seat from the pedophile Moore who got less of the votes.

Moore who got less wants a recount.

But Alabama’s Secretary of State John Merrill has stated that Moore with less could have a recount if he paid for it.

But here is Tubularsock’s question:

Just how will the recount be counted?

Tubularsock assumes that the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that way because they thought the vote would be close and it would be Doug Jones wanting the recount.

Maybe that old good-ol’-boy system is going to take a hit!

 

Before the election Mitch McConnell suggested that PedoMoore should step down from running and head back to the mall and chase 14 year old virgins full time (or something like that) but then the Pussy-Grabbing-President-Dump put his full support behind Moore and then Mitch switched! (this all sounds a little gay to Tubularsock ….. just sayin’)
