CHENEY KICK-START: an idea whose time has come ………..

CHENEY KICK-START: an idea whose time has come ……….
Tubularsock has never been a big fan of rendition but understands its legal necessity. Extraordinary rendition is beyond the pale of decency and outside the bounds of acceptable behavior if there is to be a belief in the rule of law.
Simple rendition in law is a term which means “handing over” of a person or property from one jurisdiction to another. This is all completed under due process and is handled through the courts with warrants and is an open and legal process.
But extraordinary rendition is a different kettle of fish.
Extraordinary rendition falls into the extrajudicial category. This is when a government sponsors an abduction of a person and transfers that person from one country to another. It is not legal and it is a violation of laws of the United States and international laws and agreements.
Bush and the boys and Condo made it popular but old Alzheimer-demented Reagan did it and “distinctly-marked-penes” Bill Clinton also engaged in the practice as well.
Obomber uses it too but with reduced frequency, so it is said, but none the less it is still being used.
And to Tubularsock’s new way of thinking …….. thank goodness!
Here is the plan:
Tubularsock will find a country that will support a WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL that will prosecute DICK CHENEY for war crimes for torture.
Dick will be our test case ……….. a pilot program if you will.
Tubularsock will start a Kickstarter Campaign in order to raise the money needed to hire a team of underhanded-slimy-criminal-minded individuals to gag and put a black bag over Dick Cheney’s head and bind him with standard ACE hardware duct tape (to keep the cost down) and throw him in a trunk and slip him off to the country that has agreed to conduct the WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL.
Tubularsock figures ……. say a $15 million Kickstarter Campaign. That will include the pre-operational expenses such as Tubularsock flying to Zurich to purchase a Gucci Bag to cover Dick’s head. Tubularsock believes in a class-act Extraordinary rendition so a regular plebeian bag for this dastardly deed will not cut it!
And for you penny-pinching followers may Tubularsock remind you of the financial savings that has already been exhibited by use of ACE hardware duct tape!
The pre-operational expenses also includes the WANTED FOR WAR CRIMES posters that will need to be printed. (as shown above) Hey, sure 100% post-consumer recycled paper is more expensive and so is using soy based ink. Do remember we are trying to improve the earth here not just bring war criminals to justice.
Another cost factor that has got to be addressed within the pre-operational expenses is the prepayment of the whores and booze necessary to ply the Secret Service. So as to be able grab Dick. (excuse the expression)
Dick Cheney is so well hated that he has additional Secret Service Protection as well as Private Contracted Security.
The Secret Service Detail can easily be distracted with a couple of bottles of booze and a hot prostitute which has been shown time and again.
The Private Contracted Security will have to be killed! Now don’t get squeamish now. Every Extraordinary rendition has collateral damage, so get over it!
Now some are going to say that by starting a Kickstarter Campaign to raise $15 million will attract the attention of the authorities.
Not so! You forget that the FBI is so busy setting up mental-disabled Muslims with fake explosives and guns so as to be captured as terrorists within the United States that they have no time to review every Kickstarter Campaign.
And the CIA is likewise so busy running guns and drugs that they’ll believe it is one of their own operations and before they wake up to the fact that it isn’t ….. we’ll have Dick in an undisclosed location.

The “Ugly American” …….. what a concept.
Has it changed ……. are Americans less ethnocentric? Are they less arrogant and thoughtless?
Well, to ease your mind in case you thought you had missed something in the last forty years ……… No, they aren’t.
That is exactly what that American Exceptionalism is all about.
Oh sure it’s bull shit but so is the American Dream and the American Political System, which is really more nightmare than dream.
And not to surprise you but they have always been.
See when one needs to justify what is clearly JUST WRONG the Exceptionalism Dream of America is the default position. So in that way “we Americans” don’t need to conform to normal rules or general principles of others because we are special.
And that makes our killing and torturing and destroying morally necessary so as to assist those we kill, torture and destroy to better their chances at “democracy”. This is the rationale of all those “humanitarian-wars” we start are all about.
As a country we seem to be in the middle of “a race to the bottom” and with the likes of Obomba, Hillary, and Jeb as leadership examples, well face it ……… we are fucking doomed.

Now it has been one of those days for Tubularsock so spending some time on the under ground bunker’s deck to bag some rays was in order. Surf’s up sort of speak. (That’s California talk.) And as Tubularsock was pursuing the perfect tan his mind wandered to the Republican’s letter to Iran. Wouldn’t you know.
Rand Paul says he signed the Republican Iran Letter to strengthen Obama’s hand in negotiating with Iran. John McCain says he signed the letter because he signs lots of letters. Now some have called this “back peddling” but for Tubularsock it seems Republicans don’t have much ability to peddle forward so it may be a little generous to believe they could peddle backwards. Just sayen’.
But rather than condemn both Senators as simple-minded-dumb-shits Tubularsock would like to explain why these two men did sign this letter.
For Rand it is pretty simple, like his father he has always been a confused person and that is because he has had to live with having two first names as his name. Rand and Paul as a name has just confused his identity with himself. And thus his entire life has been in search of his last name. Rather sad, if you ask Tubularsock.
And then there is old-forget-me-not ahhh ………. McCain.
Albino McCain … the white man’s burden.
But really, it’s all in the name. Cain …… need Tubularsock say more?
Oh, Tubularsock is already on a roll anyway so sure ……
The “Mc” part of McCain is an attempt to camouflage the Cain part of McCain.
Cain, if you recall your Bible or your Quran, had a brother Abel and they were Adam and Eve’s first sons. From there like all the other shit in the Bible and the Quran the story gets as fucked up as it could be with brothers and sisters fucking each other and God getting all pushed out of shape and Cain ending up killing Abel.
No really, it’s all a forerunner to “brotherly love”.
And then there is the Cain and the Devil connection by some interpretations and that is where Tubularsock is going with this entire matter.
There is the MARK of Cain and that is where John comes in when McCain said he signed the Republican Iran Letter because he signs “lots of letters”.
Or another way to look at this is Cain camouflage as McCain places “HIS MARK”.
Now that Tubularsock has taken your mind and circled the block you may be asking yourself isn’t the fact that all 47 Senators that signed the Republican Iran Letter really are only simple-minded-dumb-shits?

UKRAINIAN NOSTALGIA

Tubularsock has to fill in the gap historically for The New York Times, the supposed newspaper of record. The Times seems to have forgotten that playing a 1950’s “45” record is a bit archaic. Really, the Cold War is way over!
Now Tubularsock is using digitized-post-Cold-War-recording methods. And thus that scratchy record noise has been eliminated and by doing so Tubularsock will be doing something that The New York Times is incapable of doing. And that is REPORTING THE TRUTH.
Hey, it is the least Tubularsock can do. After all, Tubularsock’s top floor corner office in the underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA is rather cold today. And reading the information that the The New York Times keeps misusing in its reporting coupled with its jingoistic editorial manner, well it has warmed Tubularsock up to the boiling point!
So lets get some simple things straight.
ONE: The United States …… The Obomber Administration overthrew the Ukraine. FACT!

(Sub note 3: And fuck Dick Cheney and place his testicles in a 220 volt socket and pull the switch! That is to help Dick’s dick understand torture because his brain can’t. Don’t Google this because Google is behind on this idea …. Tubularsock just thought of it! And to bring this back to this current subject Nuland was Vice Cheney’s deputy foreign policy adviser.)
TWO: The passenger plane MH-17 was shot-down by the Ukrainian Air Force. FACT!
The U.S. blamed Russia but that was pure propaganda! Why? Because the U.S. has not produced one shred of evidence to back up their accusation. NOT ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE! Only accusation!
The Ukrainian Air Force is the side that the U.S. is supporting.
THREE: The United States has troops on the ground in the Ukraine. FACT!
The Russians are accused of having troops on the ground in the Ukraine but there has been no proof of that to date. BUT if they don’t then they are stupid because the United States is showing signs of aggression.
(Sub note: What would you think if the Russians sent troops to Mexico? How do you think the United States would respond? GET IT?)
FOUR: The Crimea VOTED (an overwhelming majority) to leave Ukraine and rejoin Russia. FACT!
Crimea was not taken over by Russia! The people wanted to join the Russian Federation.
The United States and Ukraine don’t agree with the results BUT close to 90% of the people living in Crimea wanted to join Russia!
FIVE: The United States wants to put missiles pointing at Russia in the Ukraine. FACT!
Remember when Russia wanted put missiles in Cuba pointing at the United States?
The reaction and response of the United States then is exactly the same reaction and response for Russia today. This IS rocket science hence the responses!
SIX: The Ukraine Government that the U.S. installed is controlled by Neo-Nazis. FACT!
Just what in the fuck is wrong with our country?
SEVEN: The Congress of the United States wants to arm the Ukraine.
Ukraine is broke so who will end up paying for those arms ……. YOU!
And who will end up with this payment money from you? Well for sure NOT YOU but
Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and on and on …
Now currently the polls show that the American public isn’t in favor of sending arms to the Ukraine. But that isn’t important because the American public are not the people that put up the campaign money for Congress. And who does that? Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics and on and on … that’s who.
Now Tubularsock could go on with this factual list but Tubularsock’s bored.
And by this time if you haven’t figured it all out yet then you are simply stupid.
The United States IS THE CAUSE of this entire sham and “WE THE PEOPLE” should be demanding that these assholes like Nuland and Kagan have their heads cut off in the public square. Where is ISIS when you need them.
But even that wouldn’t stop this crap but it would give Tubularsock something to applaud for a short time.
No, what we have here is the the game of the oligarchy and YOU are expected to pay for it and send your sons and daughters to die in it like always but when all is said and done ………. absolutely no benefits for you Mr. and Mrs. America. You fucking dumb shits. AND THE BEAT GOES ON . . .
