I think I understand the difference between chicken shit and bullshit, but batshit seems to entail a slightly different connotations. Perhaps you could help clarify this?

DrB, it’s new years day still here in the top floor corner office in the underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, Ca and what better thing to do than to clarify Batshit for you.
Tubularsock knows that in your heart of hearts you know the knowing. Yet Tubularsock will put on his rubber boots and tread through the guano in order to fertilize your brain with vast knowledge.
Where chicken shit fits Dufus-Bush’s persona well and bullshit fits Obummer’s, Dick falls into that special category where mental illness meets power.
Batshit is the term which best describes that intersection.
