I heard an interesting interview on the BBC this morning with a Homeland Security official trying to justify why they weren’t monitoring right wing Nazis and fascists for the potential for violent terrorism. Unfortunately it isn’t just Trump who’s aiding and abetting Nazi terrorists – they get a lot of support from law enforcement at all levels. I suspect many local police are active members – which is why the Charlottesville police withdrew and allowed the Nazis to clobber the anti-fascist groups.
