Just got a sudden revelation! Every election, no matter for what office, one or both parties should run candidates named Lessor Evil. That way we could literally vote for Lessor Evil. How could we do worse than now?

Politics often does seem like picking the least worst candidate. Democracy definitely has its flaws.

Sean, Tubularsock thanks you for taking time away from movies to comment on the continuous rerun that is politics.
What “seems” to be happening IS happening and has been happening for so long that we are now below the level of any known standard of credibility!
And yes, “Democracy definitely has its flaws”, and Tubularsock is hoping we’ll have some of that democracy soon. To date, it isn’t hasn’t arrived.

It may be just too much to expect politicians to stand for anything and because they don’t does have a reverse view that is that they are perfect for what they don’t do.
