Once again Tubularsock is sitting in Tubularsock’s top floor corner office in Tubularsock’s underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA (see Bunker Tour) and is attempting to fixate on the “news” of the day WHICH is NEVER new.

It is just the regurgitated story lines that the power elite wants to promote this day.

Oh sure, there are some great stories out there but as you already know …. is there ANY truth in any of it?

There are plenty of points of view and plenty hidden and subtle directives to attempt to fill your little-ol-brain with the adjusted propaganda that will keep you believing that you are informed.

HOW WOULD YOU KNOW?

Oh. Forget Congress they are on vacation again RIGHT NOW.

To really catch them at work is a true illusion at the level of Houdini Magic!

But you get Tubularsock’s drift. WE DON’T KNOW pretty much anything and so much of what we do know we rush off to the movies to forget.

So as a culture/society we are truly fucked most of the time.

Oh sure, there are always prescription drugs or non-prescription drugs you get from your dealer and booze but we happen to live in a very fucked up depressive state and then are amazed at the suicide rate, the gun violence, the continuous wars and reality TV.

Well at this point Tubularsock is not going to let you wallow in the misery Tubularsock has just introduced. Too depressing.

So Tubularsock will just show you that there is FUN in the “story-news” so you can proceed toward a happy weekend. (just kidding)

Think of the 4th of July!

Where is it?

It’s only July 2nd …….. you are two days early. Yes, it is in your mind but forget it!

The best you can do is NOT THINK ABOUT THE 4th of July on the 2nd of July.

And then truth be known the 4th of July is just another meaningless “holiday” that is as much of a lie than any other holiday we pretend to believe in.

Funny just how “meaningful” the 4th is to the Chinese!

Americans buy their fireworks for celebrating “freedom” from China.
You remember China don’t you.

You know, that oppressive dictatorial government that is “America’s enemy”.

Well, funny thing, In the 21st century, consumer fireworks revenue slowly and steadily ticked up from $407 million in 2000 to $1 billion in 2019. In a single year, that number nearly doubled to $1.9 billion in 2020 and then jumped to $2.2 billion in 2021.

$2.2 billion in 2021 … that was just personal-use pyrotechnics.

Macy’s puts on the largest fireworks show in America. That is Macy’s the department store!

THE LARGEST FIREWORKS SHOW ……….. in 2021 they spent $6 MILLON on their show to fucking blow shit up!

$6 million!

And we have a homeless problem and food cost issues in the U.S.

It may be we ALSO have an intelligence problem overshadowing our population which is a far greater problem!

Well shit, Tubularsock feels like blowing something up.
