Good question, sojourner. But once again complex. If we are talking about hairstyles then Tubularsock trumps over Donnie any day. And if we are talking security, as Don brought up, Tube trumps again by one!
Now that that is cleared up ……… “laying low”? Do you have a top floor corner office in an underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. too?

Laying low means that ‘Sam’ has, once again, got me in the doghouse. I can’t take my eyes off of him for a second! So I’m laying low, until it’s safe to come out again!

Sam has flown the coup, until the next time he decides to put me in a tough spot.
I have been brought back out into the light, and so no longer am laying low.

No, Sam hasn’t made it to the underground bunker yet but some of my good friends at the fucking NSA have nothing better to do than to mess with Tubularsock’s terrorist cell. It’s 12-Volt!
