SO THAT’S WHAT’S GOIN’ DOWN?

Killing PEOPLE has become redundant. It almost has come down to the fact that if you haven’t been killed you really don’t fit into the society. Somehow you are a misfit because you haven’t been slaughtered by some “loan-wolf-professed-terrorist” that is of a browned skin persuasion. Or even by a broken-home-child with an AK-47 that was treated badly by bullies that is of a white skin persuasion.

Of course not that skin color has anything to do with it but white skin just makes you act like a “non-terrorist”. By current definition.

Well, that is only the appearance that is given by the maimed-streamed-media. It is what sells papers, gains viewers or collect ears for radio talk shows. All in the name of being informed with the regular message that TIDE™ makes your clothes WHITER and so does CLORAX™!

So when the tragedy in Nice, France ended up killing 84 or so men, women and children at the Bastille Day celebration the Western Press went bat-shit over EVERY horrifying detail. Background stories on the victims, interviews with the people at the event and a complete step by step description of the perpetrator.

The New York Times, LATimes, Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal all had major front page detailed coverage of the Nice tragedy. And there is no denying the fact that it was worthy of attention and discussion and an outpouring of grief. After all they were innocents being targeted.

BUT just five days later on July 19th a U.S. coalition airstrike in Syria killed more than 60 civilians according to The Telegraph (7/19/16) and possibility up to 100 according to The Intercept (7/19/16).

But in this case the U.S. coalition airstrike which were reported as “an accident” was denied by the Pentagon saying they were investigating the incident.

“We are aware of reports alleging civilian casualties in the area,” U.S. Marine Maj. Adrian J.T. Rankine-Galloway, a Pentagon spokesperson, said . . . “If the information supporting the allegation is determined to be credible, we will then determine the next appropriate step,” the spokesperson added. “We take all measures during the targeting process to avoid or minimize civilian casualties or collateral damage and to comply with the principles of the Law of Armed Conflict.” The Intercept (7/19/16)

And we can all be assured what “. . . we will then determine the next appropriate step . . .” means. Usually, classify it Top Secret to protect National Security!

The story of these innocent civilians were not headline news in The New York Times or The LA Times and were hardly mentioned. While The Wall Street Journal and Washington Post only gave a short front page intro then moving the story details back to A-16 and A-15 respectively. Now Syria IS a war zone and therefore civilians being killed are just expected so no need to cover “these people”, know what Tubularsock means? And hell, is it even news anyway?

BUT so is Nice! NICE IS A WAR ZONE TOO! If you follow the logic of George War Bush and Obomber. The War on Terror is a World-Wide-War where the United States can bomb, drone, kill, detain, torture, kidnap, perform signature strikes, and assassinate in order to preserve LAW AND ORDER and protect the interests of the United States!

Just how dare some terrorist interloper take the lead from the killing machine that is America! Where in the hell does one of those “tanned-skinned” Tunisian’s get off killing innocent people!

THE BLIND LEADING THE DUMB!

Tubularsock was just sitting around his top floor corner office of the underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA (see BUNKER TOUR) having his typical breakfast of scrambled eggs and magical shrooms with a single shot of Wild Turkey Single Barrel, neat.

And right off the teletype came an AP story all the way from Washington, D.C. You know the Associated Press (AP), correct? The Press that knows who has won the Presidential primary BEFORE the vote is taken! They are really smart over at AP to know shit before it happens so Tubularsock dropped everything except the shrooms and Turkey and proceeded to find out the latest.

Now you may not have known this but the White House has been debating “for months” if they should EXPAND THE U.S. MILITARY’S AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT AIRSTRIKES AGAINST THE TALIBAN in Afghanistan. (A tiny note: This has nothing to do with Obomber’s drone murder activities in the region.)

Well guess what, “There is a broad desire across the Obama administration to give the military greater ability to help the Afghans fight and win the war.”(AP)

This does not mean that the 9,800 U.S. troops in Afghanistan will be involved in direct combat. ( A tiny note: CIA mercenary contractors have never stopped fighting!)

What this means is that U.S. airstrikes against the Taliban when necessary have been approved by Obomber.

Now all this is as it is and the most important question seems to never be ask by the maimed-street-press, the military, or the political establishment, so hell, Tubularsock will ask the question!

The United States has spent HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to train the Afghan Military. BabyBush trained and equipped them. Obomber trained and equipped them.

Yet, the Afghan Taliban win the battles and are just much more resilient than the Afghan Military.

WHY IS THAT?

Now remember the U.S. started the war with Afghanistan in 2001 and now we are half way into 2016 and the U.S. is still at war with Afghanistan.

“The Taliban have tried to take advantage of the inexperience of the Afghan security forces, who until recently were incapable of going on the offensive, according to U.S. military officials.” (AP)

FIFTEEN YEARS OF TRAINING AND SUPPORTING and this is the outcome. And the White House has given permission to escalate this total failure?

Stop and think about this. The Taliban are Afghans, The Afghan Military are Afghans, so it appears to Tubularsock that one group of Afghans have a will to win and the other group of Afghans DON’T!

WHY IS THAT?

THAT IS THE FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION!

And sending in more bombs or drones or the U.S. military will not change ANYTHING except create more resolve with the Afghan’s who want to win, The Taliban. THAT IS THE REALITY.

The United States Military were losers in Vietnam and now in Afghanistan!

Now, as Tubularsock writes this it is nearing midnight in Moscow. And it’s near noon in Oakland, CA which makes drinking Vodka permissible in both time zones according to Tubularsock’s rules. Of course morning Vodka does have its place too.

Tubularsock has never, to date, disliked a Russian. All the Russians that Tubularsock has met over the years have all been likable. Now, granted Tubularsock is working with a limited sample but it’s the only sample Tubularsock has.

Now Vlad, who Tubularsock has never met, is an oligarch unlike Obummer who is a puppet of oligarchs. Both are working from SELF interest and both have a lot invested in their “trade” of power and money.

But Tubularsock doesn’t really have any experience in being an oligarch nor a puppet of the oligarchs in the direct sense. But Tubularsock does have direct experience with being a person.

So lets look at the Russian/U.S. American dis-harmony which has been propagated Tubularsock’s entire life. It is all BULL SHIT!

Tubularsock bets you 50-bucks-American that Tubularsock could bring one hundred Russians and one hundred U.S. Americans together and work out any differences we all have. Don’t think so? Tubularsock doesn’t see your 50 bucks on the table!

Tubularsock bets you also that Tubularsock could “talk-down” a Black man with a knife without shooting him ……. it’s not an art form, it’s an intention!

Really!

The Washington “bubble” and the Moscow “bubble” work the same way EXCEPT the United States has double-crossed the Russians more than the Russians have double-crossed the United States ………. hands down!

But how could THAT be any surprise?

The United States has double-crossed our African-American Population as well as our Native American Population our entire history …….. so what’s new?

Shameful as it is ……. the truth hurts!

Oh how Tubularsock digresses.

When the Soviet Union collapsed, the United States made a DEAL with the Russian Federation that the United States would NOT SUPPORT NATO in attempting to build military forces in countries that bordered Russia.

Tubularsock has always been amazed that the Russians fell for this. All they had to do is to look at EVERY treaty the United States made with the Native Americans to see the LIE THAT IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

And SLAVERY and JIM CROW……….. where in one’s fucking logic could ANYONE trust a mind set like that? FREEDOM & DEMOCRACY?????? Horse shit!

But the Russians did.

But rather than the United States living up to it’s “integrity”, it worked to “Contain-Russia”!

But in truth, who should be contained?

The United States has a military budget of a zillion dollars and military intrusions to match. The Russians don’t! The Chinese don’t!

The United States has attacked more countries in the world today than China and Russia combined! In truth, Russian and China look like pacifist in comparison.

EXACTLY WHO SHOULD BE CONTAINED?

If the United States can make “economic treaties” and become “trading partners” with both Russia and China, why exactly can’t we stop this aggression toward one another?

Well the easy answer ………. war profiteering! All of them make big bucks in war sales!

Hey, haven’t you heard ……… the business of business is business.

But on top of that the game of natural resources and who controls them is paramount, or “we the people” are made to believe so.

The US military is the biggest purchaser of oil in the world.

“Energy consumed per active duty military and civilian personnel is 35 percent higher than the U.S. energy consumption per capita, which is amongst the highest in the world. While consuming that amount of energy, DoD (Department of Defense) emitted 73 million metric tons of CO2, corresponding to over 4 percent of the total emissions in USA.” (The Daily Energy Report, 2009)

The DoD uses 360,000 barrels of oil each day. There are only 35 countries in the world that consume more oil than the DoD.

So what we have here is the need to consume oil at that high rate in order to maintain our continuous wars for oil control so we can maintain our supply of oil which we depend on to supply our oil in which to fight our oil wars.

SAY WHAT?

So wouldn’t it be easier to just cut the military?

If stupidity grew on trees the United States would be a wonderland of forests!

Tubularsock has been informed by the New York Times that Obomber has called for an increase of heavy weapons, armored vehicles and other equipment to NATO countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Why?

Well because it’s a move that administration officials said is aimed at deterring Russia from further aggression in the region.

Now this will be paid for by a budget request of more than $3.4 billion for military spending in Europe in 2017.

Why?

Well, you see somehow the New York Times and the Obomber Administration has gotten mixed up. Lying will do that.

Somehow the United States’ overthrow of the government in the Ukraine has gotten turned around as Moscow’s aggression and that the 85% of the Crimean People’s VOTE to join Russia is construed as Russia’s annexation of Crimea — an annexation that neither the United States nor its European allies recognize!

If lies grew on trees the United States would be a wonderland of forests!

So what does all this mean?

The candidates that are being put up for the next wave of WAR all agree. Doesn’t matter whether it’s Bernie, or Hillary, or Jeb, or Donnie, or Ted with the Bible up his ass, they ALL support WAR.

Yet the majority of the American population is tired of war.

If voting-mattered grew on trees within the United States there would be barren ground!

The ONLY candidate that would STOP WAR and close U.S. military bases and take that money savings and apply it to DOMESTIC INFRASTRUCTURE REPAIR AND FREE EDUCATION AND IMPROVE HEALTH CARE IS ……. Jill Stein of the Green Party!

Haven’t heard of her …….. no surprise is it?

Ok ……… the jokes on you Europe!

Well, and the Propagandized fearful American public!

The Europeans rushed stumbling over each other to put sanctions on Russia for the downing of Malaysian Flight #17 over the Ukraine because the United States said, ‘THE RUSSIANS DID IT!”

And even though there has been no proof that the Russians did it except that John Kerry said so, well the Europeans rushed to follow the Americans orders to place sanctions on Russia.

Now the Russians presented their satellite captured information which showed that Russia wasn’t involved.

But ……… how can you trust a Russian.

The U.S. refused to provide their satellite information which is some of the best in the world because ……..? Well, maybe because it doesn’t show that Russia was involved or maybe because John Kerry is so tall that his view “that Russia did it” is as good as a satellite. Afterall Sarah Palin can see those Russians from Alaska.

Well THAT isn’t the joke ………

In order for the U.S. to launch their spy satellites they contract Lockheed and Boeing to supply RUSSIAN MADE RD-180 boosters ROCKETS to lift those satellites into orbit!

Now is that funny or what?

The spy satellites that could clear up who shot MH-17 down were placed into orbit by Russian Booster Rockets but the U.S. won’t release the information.

And even better all that sanction shit, well Congress passed the fiscal 2016 budget, which includes a provision that allows the US to continue purchasing the Russian made booster rockets.

See, the U.S. needs those booster rockets to continue the space program as well.

Seems that the Russian’s are about 20 years ahead of the U.S. in rocket development and the U.S. is ahead of the world in sophisticated spy-satellites. So together WE ARE A TEAM.

PRECISION

Now Tubularsock is going to give you a lesson in angles taken directly from Tubularsock’s almost best selling book Spooky Geometry on sale at the Tubularsock Emporium of Science and Black Holes, Ltd.

It is pretty simple and it goes like this: What is the meaning of precision?

Answer: “the quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate”.

Can’t get any simpler than giving you the answer, right?

Now let us consider Precision Strikes, Precision Bombing, and Pin-Point-Precision as in military exploits.

What comes to the PUBLIC’S mind? Yep, “the quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate”.

One kind of feels at least a little bit smart for getting the correct answer. Right?

BUT NOW, consider the ANGLE!

According to the United States Joint Chiefs of Staff PRECISION has NOTHING to do with hitting the target directly and minimizing “collateral damage” (the sanitized term for innocent dead people). And this is where the ANGLE comes in …… while YOU are thinking …….. “the quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate”……. the Joint Chiefs are thinking:

“the ability of joint forces to locate, survey, discern, and track objectives or targets; select, organize, and use the correct systems; generate desired effects; assess results; and re-engage with decisive speed and overwhelming operational tempo as required, throughout the full range of military operations.”

In short, to them a PRECISION STRIKE does not imply accuracy but rather a discriminate targeting process.

You think accurate ……….. they think the planning process. Get the angle?

Congress, the President, the Maimed Stream Media infer accuracy and the public assumes accuracy. BUT THE ANGLE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ACCURACY AT ALL!

The precision to the military has only to do with PLANNING THE ATTACK. It is the process of getting all their resources on the same page but once the target is selected by the PRECISION PROCESS they may even miss the fucking target completely and hit the wedding party but it is still considered a “PRECISION STRIKE” because they planned it.

That’s the ANGLE.

But here is the best part ……..

The Hellfire Missile is one of those lethal missiles that the U.S. uses on its drones.

Are they accurate as defined by the dictionary rather than the military? Well lets see.

“Weapons accuracy is generally measured using the term ‘Circular Error Probability’ or CEP. In tests, a number of weapons are launched at a target and then an imaginary circle is drawn around the 50% of strikes closest to the aim point. The radius of that circle becomes the CEP (or accuracy) of that weapon. Rather unbelievably, the 50% of the strikes that fall outside this circle are simply ignored (I have yet to find an explanation for this). Importantly then, official statements about the accuracy of particular weapons are not based on any empirical surveys of actual use in warfare, but instead based on manufacturers’ claims about performance under test conditions.” ……. Now if you take the ANGLE of the Joint Chiefs and the ANGLE of the Manufacturer’s accuracy in testing subtracting 50% of the total due to missing the assigned test target all together and you add in the cost of a Hellfire Missile at $110,000.00 per unit but only 50% of them even get near the target meaning that the cost of hitting the target becomes more than $220,000.00 per unit. The number of what percentage of the remaining 50% get close to hitting their target is unknown . So what does all this equal to in the grand formula?

Does Tubularsock really have to answer that question for you?
