The every four year farce, as I call it, is what you are ranting about here. And I understand your angst more than you know.

But it isn’t just these poor dumbass slobs, on the right, middle and left, who are taken in by the lies coming down from the top of this shit and piss filled cesspool. The vast majority of us believe, without any investigation whatsoever, what corporate owned science spews out as “settled science.” And many of us buy into what the modern day philosophers and Hollywood morons spew forth as the absolute truth. Most of us are beasts of burden, saddled with the herd mentality, and we don’t even know it. We see it in others, but we are completely blind to it in ourselves.

I, too, am sick of the people who buy into this every four year side show, Tube! Believe me! But we have all been raised up sheep to the slaughter, not just the Donnie, Hillary and Jill supporters. We all buy into our own belief systems, and refuse to give up our faith in them, no matter how many times it they fail us. Human beings evidently need something other than themselves to believe in, whether it be wealth and power, religious beliefs (including science), or political ones.

And the powers that be, many moons ago, learned how to use these needed beliefs to keep the vast majority of us asleep and divided against each other. I have been as guilty of this blind and asleep belief scenario as anyone, today, cheering for Donnie and Hillary. I was just luckier than most, Tube, that’s all! the “American Dream” died for me a long, long time ago, and the American nightmare has been with me ever since.

Armageddon or mass extinction, take your pick! I have little hope for any of this ever changing! The fucking writing might just be on the wall already, but we haven’t looked up from our social media devices long enough to see and read it!
