You know the irony of this entire NSA spying drama? Edward Snowden is taking refuge in Hong Kong! Now that is really funny. America “the land of the free” isn’t where a person who chooses freedom and fairness and justice rushes to to be protected anymore. No! Where else, a Communist country. Thank you so much Mao Tse-tung! That is rich. Don’t you think?

 

Which gave Tubularsock another good idea! Manning’s lawyer David Coombs should petition the court to move the trial to a new venue, Hong Kong. The argument for doing this is because the military community he is now being tried in lacks the ability to provide a fair trial. (Just a thought.) But alas, Judge Lind would then have to dismount her kangaroo.

 

And then on top of that the Senate Intelligence Committee, an oxymoron if there ever was one, is defending the NSA program because they have been “briefed” on it’s activities and no illegal activity is taking place. Of course, Diane Feinstein has never known much about what Congressional oversight really meant. Remember she also did not know how the military counted the bodies at a drone strike. She “over-sighted” that as well.

 

And the defenders of this police-state activity of collecting one hundred zillion pieces of information a second on everyone and their grandmother says the spying has stopped two (that is two) terrorist plots. Yet later it was discovered that regular police work had really been used to stop these two plots.

 

But even if the plots had been stopped by the NSA ……. a zillion to two?

Hmmm, there may be a better way.

 

But here’s the the bottom line …….. in Timbuktu (of course) al Qaeda is training their terrorists in the operation of surface-to-air missiles. This was discovered not by NSA and its zillion-giga-bites but by a written outline left behind in a stack of garbage. The terrorists already know what Diane Feinstein and the Senate Intelligence Committee still haven’t figured out ……… using a cell phone may be lethal.

 

But I just can’t stop until I move this bit of helpful information on to you.

 

The entire enchilada of “legal” and “illegal” domestic spying rests on the fact that the government has adopted a secret interpretation of section 215 of the Patriot Act.

 

And it goes like this: The government isn’t collecting the information on its citizens. Private companies are collecting the information and then turning it over to the government. Some how that slips around the letter of the law!

 

There are two known foreign companies that have taken over the role of “processing” data  (aka: vacuuming up information on Americans).

 

The Israeli companies by the names of  Narus which processes all of the information tapped from AT &T  and gives it to NSA and Verint  which processes information tapped from Verizon and gives it to the NSA. (“gives it to NSA” for a huge $$$$ amount, rest assured)

 

BOTH OF THESE ISRAELI COMPANIES HAVE EXTENSIVE LINKS TO THE ISRAELI INTELLIGENCE SERVICE.

 

And it is so much more involved than this. If you get a chance you may want to read

James Bamford’s book The Shadow Factory.  Just say’en.

 

And just to sink the nail into your hand so as to have the pain of understanding of what is going on and how it may even affect YOUR life, try this:

ANOTHER PIPELINE BY ANY OTHER NAME

You have herd of the XLPipeline and how bad it is for living things at all levels.

And you know that Step-And-Fetch-It-Obummer postponed his decision on the Ol’ XL until after he could be sure that all the facts could be studied and all the reports were collected. Oh yeah, and that would come after the election ……..

And those people who know Step-And-Fetch-It because they have counted the number of direct lies the guy throws like litter from a car window are still trying to awaken people and put pressure on him to stop this pipeline extension.

Tubularsock is still reeling from stacking all my extra dollars after Obummer saved the economy to pay too much attention to the XL. But here’s some stuff for the fun of it.

I do commend these protestors for the correct view but none of you really believe that Obummer is not going to pass this deal.

It was signed sealed and delivered a very long time ago and you guys are just wasting your time. You can rest assured that you are correct and time will prove you correct but jobs and diversifying our energy dependence —– between wind, solar, and guinea pig circular runs and OIL, NUCLEAR, and BOMB-BLAST COLLECTION — will “force” him to approve the XL. Really, “It’s good for the ….”

And Tubularsock will tell you right now that the fact that the Alberta Clipper [Enbridge] pipeline is already moving Alberta Tar Sand oil into the U.S. and has had 804 pipeline spills totaling 6.8 million gallons of oil since 1999. This is according to the Polaris Institute.

But that doesn’t matter.

The Alberta Clipper [Enbridge] pipeline was responsible for the spill (July, 2010) that happened in Marshall, a community of 7,400 in southwestern Michigan. At least 1 million gallons of oil blackened more than two miles of Talmadge Creek and almost 36 miles of the Kalamazoo River.

About 150 families have been permanently relocated and most of the tainted stretch of river between Marshall and Kalamazoo remained closed to the public but was reopened 23 months later (June 21,2012). It is still not cleaned up but the EPA says that people can once again swim and boat on the Kalamazoo, but that doesn’t mean the river is oil-free.

Fun side note: County health departments and the Michigan Department of Community Health have said that touching oil in the river might cause temporary skin irritation, but they don’t expect any long-term health effects. Stations with cleaning wipes are set up near kiosks at boat launches so people can remove oil from their skin and boating equipment.(June, 2012) SO BRING YOUR KIDS RIGHT ON DOWN TO THE SHORE LINE AND THEY CAN BE AS BLACK AS THE DEAD WATER FOWL. YA’ HEAR?

Hey, but that doesn’t matter.

The other Alberta Tar Sand oil is pumped through the Pegasus pipeline. That pipeline ruptured in Mayflower, Arkansas dumping 300,000 barrels all over the town.

And that doesn’t matter.

Fun side note: Tar sands oil is 15 to 20 times more acidic than conventional oil and up to seven times thicker. Tar sands oil is 16 times more likely to breach a pipeline than regular crude oil. Feel better now? Why not put a pipeline full of this shit crossing the entire United States?

But that doesn’t matter.

The Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration has given the Keystone pipeline structural exemptions which allows TransCanada to operate at 80 percent of the minimum yield strength of the pipe rather than the maximum of 72 percent required by federal regulations….

You guessed it…. that doesn’t matter.

The State Department inspector general launched an investigation into improper conflicts of interest between TransCanada and the contractor the State Department hired to write the environmental impact statement.(May, 2013)

But that won’t matter either!

The House approved legislation to green-light the Keystone XL oil pipeline (the fourth optional segment). The legislation, which was authored by Rep. Lee Terry (R-Neb.), was approved on a 241-175 vote. Despite the numerous pro-Keystone votes, it is unlikely that the legislation will gain traction in the Senate.

And the White House threatened to veto the bill. (May, 2013)

But how many times have we heard that!

So that doesn’t matter.

You see, TransCanada, it is believed, is already storing tar sand oil in Cushing, Oklahoma, the Keystone Pipeline hub, pending the opening of the southern leg.

That matters!

So …….. the deal is going to go down ……… it is just how the flowing words will mask the flow of oil to make us all feel better.

And why, you ask?

Fun side note: The US Department of Defense (DoD) is the largest oil consuming government body in the US and in the world! The DoD uses 360,000 barrels of oil each day. (2009)

In fact ………. our military exploits are conducted to control and acquire secure oil supplies. But it is the military that is using that oil which requires the military to control and secure oil supplies.

Could there be a self-propelling activity here?

Yes, of course Tubularsock has a solution to this entire mess. 

BRING THE BOYS HOME!

Over 50% of DOD’s oil consumption is used in overseas exploits. End the exploits save the oil and apply it to domestic use and gas prices go down.

I just can’t figure out the logic of both the names of the Department of Justice and the silly nomenclature of what is called Military Justice.

I’d actually need to remove the word Justice from both of them. And while Tubularsock is at it I would toss out that ridiculous symbol of justice.

Just who are they kidding? Can anyone still believe that bull shit of non-partial blind justice?

Let’s take two examples that just pisses Tubularsock off to his core.

The prosecution or rather persecution of the three NON-VIOLENT PEACE ADVOCATES who last June, 2012 cut four chain link fences at the Oak Ridge nuclear weapons production facility to “symbolically disarm the weapons”.

One was an 82 year old Catholic nun, Sr. Megan Rice. The other two were 57 year old Greg Boertje-Obed and 63 year old Michael Walli both non-violent peace activists.

Greg Boertie is a Army veteran and Michael Walli a two-term Vietnam veteran.

Now tell me ……… do these three individuals scare you?

Me neither.

IF BUSH’S “JUSTICE” DEPARTMENT WOULD HAVE DONE THIS THE STREETS WOULD HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH PEOPLE IN PROTEST!

Hmmm.

But the Obummer’s Government is so scared of these three NON-VIOLENT PEACE ADVOCATES that they have had them locked in jail since May, 2012. They will be sentenced on September 23, 2013.

Their action: Singing songs, carrying bibles, and having a peace banner. They also carried a variety of other items of protest but not anything that could have harmed anyone or anything.

By the time they were arrested by Security they had been able to cut through four chain link fences and reach the front door of the Highly Enriched Uranium Materials Facility (HEUMF) .

They hung their peace banner and spray  painted peace slogans on the building.

Oh, my my ………….. now I’m scared!

They were convicted by the U.S. Government for violent crimes of terrorism.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT!

Fun side note: It is obvious that the U.S. Government and Obummer’s “Justice” department is trying to send a message to THOSE WHO DARE to protest. The full force of the system will come crashing down on them!

But what they don’t understand is the Tubularsock mind set. And it goes like this: If one is going to go to the federal pen for protesting, then one should do it in a big way. Like BOOM!

So, Tubularsock started thinking about how a REAL TERRORIST would respond to the 

Highly Enriched Uranium Materials Facility and it wouldn’t be with spray paint and peace signs!

And it would be pretty easy, especially if you have nothing to lose.

So all this might scare PEACE protester but just like the drone program, it may only make home-grown-terrorists out of people that become upset over the attempted scare tactics.

BOOM-BOOM, Obummer!  {and no this is not a threat on the fucking president’s life for Christ sake!}

Now Tubularsock doesn’t have time to place down the plan to create a major impact at Oak Ridge. And just maybe there has been too many violent video games in Tubularsock’s past. But Tubularsock’s knowledge about security work and how it operates, well trust me, it wouldn’t be that difficult. Especially if one has nothing to lose.

BUT TUBULARSOCK HAS OTHER FISH TO FRY!

So my second example is the Bradley Manning government lynching program.

Much like the Oak Ridge protestors who should be given a medal for exposing the security lapses by the Babcock and Wilcox Company and Bechtel National Inc. corporations, Bradley Manning should be given a medal for exposing the war crimes that are being committed by the U.S. Government.

That should be the end of it ………. PERIOD!

Guantanamo Gone! …….. THE STORY

Now Tubularsock has come up with another brilliant idea but I’m not going to tell anyone until I can secure a government contract to carry it out.

Ok. I can hear you right now saying aloud …….. “How could you, Tubularsock, acquire a government contract?”

My-my, such little faith ……….

Now even at the risk of making Obummer look good, here’s the plan.

Side note: Some parts of this plan have been redacted in order to protect the identity of the agents who are risking their lives for our nation.

In order to close Guantanamo we establish a top secret project called EEE-RACE.

It will be run by the CIA but will be subcontracted to a little known private corporation known only as Xsock,Ltd. (clever, yes?)

And here is how it will work.

First: Xsock,Ltd. will order 254 black plastic bags and a 107 rolls of standard duct-tape.

In order to hide any attention to these purchases agents will purchase these materials over a period of six months at different hardware stores in different locations throughout the nation.

Third: The current detainees will be bound and gagged and a black plastic bag will be placed over their heads (in a very respectful way) and duct-taped in place.

Side note: These activities are so familiar that the detainees won’t notice anything out of the ordinary.

Four: The detainees will be placed into air cargo planes with loud Grateful Dead tunes being played in order not to alert the detainees that things are changing for them.

Five: Each and every detainees will be dropped off exactly at the location where they were kidnapped with a new passport and an envelope with $50,000.00 in cash.

Side note: This process will be known in the secret files of the CIA as REVERSE-RENDITION  or R-R for you acronym types.

The United States Congress will convene a Select-Committee to investigate the situation. They will fly to the Bahamas for a six week FACT-FINDING-TOUR only to discover that Guantanamo is in Cuba.

Side note: You know how all islands look alike.

Obummer will hold a press conference in the Rose Garden and tell the main stream media that when he promised to close Guantanamo he had meant the military base NOT the “Detention” Camp that never existed.

The main stream media for their part will copy down verbatim what Obummer

said and then ask the obligatory question about Michelle’s Jay Crew dress.

Well Tubularsock has been thinking about this entire Assata Shakur regurgitation from the FBI. And all I can come up with is that the FBI has been having a very good showing in the Just-How-Inept-Are-We category.

No, seriously.

The FBI has a great track record in organizing the not-so-bright and then convincing them to do something stupid in order to be caught as terrorists. But sadly, for the FBI, everyone has learned how to connect the dots and discover that it is the FBI itself that set up the entire plot as an entrapment scheme to make themselves look good. You know, like they are doing a good job or something.

However, when it comes to a real terrorist plot or a real terrorist attack the FBI seems to be so busy running their own fake-terrorist-schemes that they miss the real deal.

Enter Assata Shakur! Over thirty years ago Assata Shakur escaped from prison and made her way to Cuba. She is 65 years old now and the FBI has just proclaimed her the first woman on its list of most wanted terrorists. Do you think this is some type of feminist advancement program for the FBI? The reward for her capture and return has been doubled to $2 million.

Give Tubularsock a break. I’m not scared. When you read about the kangaroo trial she was put through and the racist jury that convicted her maybe the terrorist title should be placed on New Jersey’s Judge John E. Bachman and the 12 racist folks from Morris County.

 

This is the best distraction the FBI can come up with? How pathetic. 

 

While Assata was on the run after her escape she lived as a fugitive for several years. The FBI circulated wanted posters throughout the New Jersey and New York areas but her supporters put up “Assata Shakur is Welcome Here” posters in response.

You’d think the FBI would actually put their efforts concentrating on present day dangers rather than going back 30 years and puffing up their feathers. Yes, it is really embarrassing.

Ronald Reagan: The Butcher of Latin America

You may not have noticed because the American mess-media seems to think Benghazi is the only thing that is going on in the world, well except maybe, OJ attempting to get a retrial in Las Vegas. But in little ol’ Guatemala the court there has convicted former dictator Efrain Rios Montt for genocide and crimes against humanity.

 

Now that is embarrassing. GUATEMALA! A country that 90% of U.S. citizens couldn’t find on a map if you outlined it in red has a court system that can hold a former leader responsible for his actions. And right here in the land that continually mouths the platitude: “we are a country of laws not of men” is so busy “looking forward”, in Step-An-Fetch-It-Obomber’s terms, that we have missed putting the entire Bush administration in jail for the same crimes as Rios Montt!

 

But not to worry. The fix is in. And has been for a very long time. And now that Step-An-Fetch-It-Obomber has joined the ranks ………. well now, just how can the Black call the kettle …….. U.S. war criminals stand together.

 

Rios Montt is being held responsible for his deliberate killings by his armed forces of at least 1,771 members of the Maya Ixil population during his 1982-83 rule.

 

He had them murdered in cold blood.

 

The current President of Guatemala Otto Perez commanded troops in some of the bloodiest regions of the war under Rios Montt. President Otto Perez says, that there had been no genocide in Guatemala. However it all depends on who is carrying the gun, doesn’t it.

 

Fun side note: During the trial, one prosecution witness implicated Perez in atrocities, saying that troops under his command burned down homes and killed unarmed civilians during the conflict that killed up to 250,000 people.

 

Efrain Rios Montt didn’t do this all alone ……….. his accomplice RONALD REAGAN.

 

Yes, “Ol’ Death Valley Days” himself.

 

It was Ron’s administration that provided military arms to Rois Montt.

 

Fun side note: If you were to buy a gun and  give it to a bank robber and during the robbery with that gun the robber killed the teller, you would be an accomplice to that killing. However if you do that same thing but the recipient is a dictator you get a library in your name.

 

Now if you want to take the time and follow Reagan’s devastating blood-soaked unprovoked aggression and unflinching embrace of some of Latin America’s most unsavory dictators feel free. All the information is out there. And Tubularsock encourages you to do so before the historical record is white-washed and “re-interpreted” like Iran-Contra.

 

Reagan’s extreme mind set about communism led him to a hemispheric foreign policy characterized by simple-minded formulations. The result was a staggering death toll. An estimated 70,000 or more political killings in El Salvador, possibly 20,000 slain from the Contra war in Nicaragua, about 200 political “disappearances” in Honduras and some 100,000 people eliminated during a resurgence of political violence in Guatemala.

 

The Reagan Administration provided the guns, bombs, helicopter gun-ships and training. And the training is still going on at what was once called The School of the Americas which changed its name to Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation.

 

A funny side note: Basically it should be called The Torture Training School or School of Assassins. And this is what your government does in its spare time folks while you watch American Idol!

 

There is no historical evidence that during the eight years of the Reagan-The-Butcher’s reign that he was ever morally troubled by the bloodbath and even genocide that occurred in Central America with his assistance. Maybe that is the reason the old shit got Alzheimer’s disease and frothed at the mouth!

 

No, Tubularsock has no sympathy for that psychopath!

“The administration said last week it was rethinking its opposition to arming the rebels . . .”

“. . . noting that the U.S.’s main concern is the use of chemical weapons by Assad.”

These statements are all from the Associated Press which makes anyone who knows what is actually happening in the real world wonder who the Associated Press is associated with as they continue spewing this meaningless banter.

Let Tubularsock clear up any doubt about this entire Syrian mess. It’s pretty simple really.

The U.S. doesn’t like Iran and Syria has the support of Iran.

Iran and Syria don’t like Israel and the U.S. supports Israel.

The U.S. has been involved it supplying and training al Qaeda going back to Ronald Reagan.

Funny side note: The U.S. supplied and trained Bin Laden and his boys so they would attack the Soviets in Afghanistan. They ended up attacking us …….. remember.

Al Qaeda is at the center of the “rebels” who are attacking Assad and attempting to topple his government. So the idea that Obama is “rethinking the opposition to arming the rebels” is ridicules. The question really is, will we ever stop arming them.

The U.S. wants to topple Assad so as to weaken Iran’s presence in the Middle East.

The U.S. and Israel both are frightened about Iran building a nuclear bomb.

Funny side note: Back when Dick Cheney was running Haliburton they sold nuclear components to Iran. That is where Iran got its ability to build its nuclear power plant and its ability for making a nuclear bomb. These components were banned from being sold to Iran by a U.S. embargo but Dick went ahead and sold them anyway. No …….. neither he or Haliburton were held accountable.

Iran wants a nuclear bomb to protect itself from the U.S. and Israel. And you really can’t blame them. The U.S. and Israel are wacko-crazies!  stamp copy

ENTER CHEMICAL WEAPONS (a-la Saddam Hussein)

Funny side note: It was Ronald Reagan who sold Saddam Hussein the chemicals that were used to make weapons. (Have you noticed a recurring theme?)

And now it has been revealed that it was the U.S. under the contract of a private contractor who trained the “rebels” in the use of chemical weapons and IT WAS THE REBELS THAT USED CHEMICAL WEAPONS NOT THE ASSAD GOVERNMENT! This is what former war crimes prosecutor Carla Del Ponte has discovered and she and fellow members of a four-member U.N. human rights panel have indicated.

And still the U.S. is “. . . saying it’s highly likely that the Assad regime, and not the rebels, has been behind any chemical weapons use in Syria.” (Obama via Bush playbook)

Wow ……….. what a surprise. Or …… not really!

The FBI was informed by the Russian Secret Police that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was involved with radical Islam. This happened in November, 2010. The FBI said that they investigated the family and found nothing that appeared as a potential security threat.

And yet, when asked, the FBI said that they had NO KNOWLEDGE of the bombing suspects after the Boston Marathon Bombing.

The CIA also sent the FBI an intelligence report on Tamerlan linking him as a potential security threat linked to a Chechen terrorist organization in 2011.

The FBI placed Tamerlan on a terrorist watch list. That was after they had found him and his family NOT to be a potential security threat.

The CIA had him on a terrorist watch list as well.

And then six months before the Boston Marathon Bombing the Russians again sent information to the FBI and CIA about Tamerlan allegedly meeting six times with a known Chechen terrorist, Gadzhimurad Dolgatov, in a fundamentalist Salafi mosque in Dagestan (Russia).

And Home Land Security had suspicions about Tamerlan because the agency received tips in 2012 about his ties to extremists connected to a Boston mosque.

But here’s the odd part ………..

With all this “terrorist-watch-list” malarkey, neither the FBI, the CIA, or Home Land Security knew that in 2012 Tamerlan Tsarnaev left the country to go to Russia and was able to enter Russia without the Russian Security Services stoping him. I guess it has to do with who you work for ………

Then Tamerlan was able to continue to Dagestan (a Republic of Russia) which is in the heart of the world’s heaviest military occupation by the Russians and take a “workshop” in terrorism put on by the “Caucasian Fund” in cooperation with the  Jamestown Foundation which is engaged in recruiting residents of North Caucasus to work in the interests of the United States and Georgia. Or in other-words anti-Russian! The entire purpose is to recruit young people and intellectuals of the North Caucasus to enhance instability and extremism in the southern regions of Russia. I guess it has to do with who you work for ………

Tamerian then flies out of Russia without any intervention by the Russian Security Services and flies back into the United States without any intervention by the FBI, CIA, or Home Land Security! I guess it has to do with who you work for ………

As Craig Murray, the former US Ambassador, human rights activist and whistle blower, states: “This scenario is simply impossible in the real world.” I guess it has to do with who you work for ………

What we have here folks, is just another example of the FBI/CIA training terrorists and then either losing control of their assets or letting the terror happen to keep the American public in fear of potential terrorism.

The bottom line is: YOUR FRIENDLY AMERICAN GOVERNMENT IS CREATING THE TERROR . . .

Boston Bombs Revisited

You know the worst thing about “pressure cooker” bombs? The shrapnel placed inside them in order to create maximum damage to as many people as possible in all directions. The injuries sustained by the people that get hit by these bombs have been well explained by the mass-media-mesmerization of the Boston Marathon Bombing.

The descriptions were true and the act of placing a bomb of this style in order to maximize this kind of damage to people is disgusting.

So why does the United States NOT sign the Anti-Cluster-Bomb agreement?

A cluster bomb is just a sophisticated pressure-cooker-bomb.

Therefore the effect on the Boston Marathon if a Cluster-Bomb had been used is just bigger damage to many more people in all directions.

So why does the United States NOT sign the Anti-Cluster-Bomb agreement?

And an added feature of a Cluster-Bomb is that it puts out hundreds of bomblets which can detonate years later with shrapnel packed in each of them just waiting for the 2014 Boston Marathon.

BECAUSE WE MANUFACTURE, SELL AND DROP CLUSTER-BOMBS!

So it seems to Tubularsock that the reason that the U.S. Government is really

upset about the Boston Marathon Bombing is one of free enterprise.

If America was manufacturing, selling, and using Pressure-Cooker-Bombs then they would be more acceptable. And the U.S. wouldn’t sign an Anti-Pressure-Cooker-Bomb agreement either.

So once again free enterprise wins. All due to a couple of brothers with a vision!

These young men took it upon themselves to manufacture and detonate their very own bombs without governmental regulations or oversight. Just a part of the Free Market Legacy.

Ok ………….

Sure, Tubularsock is open to an alternative narrative to the Boston Marathon Bombing.

The jury is still out over whether there was lack of governmental regulations or oversight. Until we know where the CIA and the FBI were on April 15, 2013 we won’t know exactly how much government oversight there actually was that day.

Now. Could the CIA and the FBI each known for creating terrorist both domestically and internationally have any fingerprints here? Well, you can bet your bottom dollar.
