Every morning Tubularsock religiously opens the computer and peruses the headlines and even from time to time reviews the headlines in an “old school” newspaper. And a “newspaper” is truly an oxymoron if there ever was one.

Have you ever noticed that there seems never to have ANY new “news” in a newspaper. Seriously.

It is the same old story regurgitated minute by minute ad nauseam. THAT is just the way it is and has ALWAYS been.

Even the ad’s don’t really change except whatever it is is BIGGER, FASTER, FANCIER than ever before. Oh. And for sure MORE EXPENSIVE even after the grandiose once in a lifetime discount!

And you can just jump right to your computer and the only difference is the shit hits the fan …. LIVE!

But now, APPLE has produced Apple’s goggles that are expected to be sleekly designed and capable of toggling between totally virtual or augmented options, a blend sometimes known as “mixed reality.” That flexibility also is sometimes called external reality, or XR for shorthand.

So now your “news” can jump right out at you and consume your senses giving you the “feeling” of BEING THERE! Now just how close to the killing Ukrainian children for democracy do you want to be?

Oh well, Tubularsock’s Go-Fund-Me account for helping the Russians in getting a new tank was rejected again. 

You know one just can’t get past the censors in a democracy anymore.

As you may have heard, Russia has moved into the breakaway areas of Ukraine, Donetsk and Luhansk and have spilled over a bit to hit the Ukraine’s capitol city Kyiv as well.

Well ok, “spilled” may be better explained as “multiple fronts”. And why not, they have their troops on the boarder standing around so why not put them to use?

This could have been all avoided but the U.S. is losing the Covid- Authoritarian-War so maybe we could jack up Putin. 

But as Tubularsock said, this could have all been avoided but hell Americans aren’t going over there to die ……… yet. And if they do, no loss. It will clean up the gene pool of the stupid!

JD Bindenagel, a former deputy US ambassador to Germany, stated that he believes “. . . NATO's mistake was not so much the actual enlargement direction, but with not taking seriously the Russian view that it had been betrayed”. 

You see, Russia was assured by NATO and the U.S. that NATO would not advance toward Russian boarders. BUT OVER THE YEARS THEY HAVE!

Ahhh, silly Russians taking the U.S. and NATO’s word for it.

And by golly ………. Russia was deceived!

So having the Ukraine join NATO would put the NATO and U.S. military right on the Russian boarder. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING! 

NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Remember the Cuban Missile Crisis? Russia wanted to put missiles right on the U.S. boarder and look how that played out.

So why would anyone ever even think that NATO on the boarder would go?

But it could’ve been solved without firing a shot.

HOW?

Well Russia had proposed:

– NATO guarantees that it will not deploy missiles in nations bordering Russia. (They are already in place from Slovenia to Romania, with Poland to follow)– NATO to stop military and naval exercises in nations and seas bordering Russia.– Ukraine will not become a member of NATO. 
– the West and Russia to sign a binding East-West security pact.– the landmark treaty between the US and Russia covering intermediate-range nuclear weapons to be restored. (The US abandoned it in 2019) 

Wow! Those Russians drive a hard bargain!

The U.S. and NATO just can’t accept these outrageous demands ………….

Now you explain to Tubularsock why these are not acceptable solutions.

The U.S. and NATO keep saying they are open to negotiations but won’t accept solutions!

SO ………… Russia took the option that the U.S. and NATO gave them.

AND SO …….. send your money to Tubularsock’s Go-Fund-Me Russian Tank Fund!

Now don’t get Tubularsock wrong here. Tubularsock doesn’t trust Russia but only that Tubularsock trust the U.S. less.

If you haven’t noticed, the U.S. is the largest terrorist state in the world and regularly kills men, women and children throughout the world.

The Russians sure know that and so does the rest of the world. We are the ones who actually created ISIS and al Qaida and we have more military bases throughout the world than anyone else.

And a military budget far larger than China and Russia combined!

BUT WE KILL FOR DEMOCRACY. Just ask the Vietnamese! Oh, and Syrians, Libyans, Yemenis, Iraqis, Ugandans, Kenya’s, Somalians, Afghans, ad nauseam!

THAT IS WHY TUBULARSOCK SUPPORTS RUSSIA IN THIS WAR!

Not because Russia is at war but because it is the only way Russia can catch up with the number of American’s wars. It’s only fair.

Tubularsock finds himself once again sitting in Tubularsock’s top floor corner office in the underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA.

The outer temperature is a bit cold today so Tubularsock is huddled together with all of Tubularsock’s personalities which creates heat by resistance with counter personality traits.

Hmmmm. Rather hot in here!

It appears to Tubularsock that the play book for the entire covid mess is wearing thin.

The controlled and directed “idea” that the SHOT was THE ONLY SOLUTION even though the people in power knew that was not the case and that other solutions existed is becoming evident.

The SHOT has not worked as planned and may have even caused more cases than just leaving it to natural immunity. People have died either way.

But the biggest travesty is the fact that other preventative and cures for Covid were shut out from use.

And this out and out censorship was the perfect clue to show that there was a controlled effort to suppress other legitimate cures in order to profit rather than end the pandemic.

And with the slavish main stream press and their talking heads which are still attempting to mislead the general listener with out right BULL SHIT are still disgusting. This will not change until they get different marching orders from their corporate overlords.

But setting that all aside there are bigger fish to fry.

Changing the “news coverage” is only a minuscule shift. The REAL change which has to take place is far greater than that.

The REAL change has to happen on a social consciousness level and actually involves ALL of us.

Tubularsock has run across so many people that feel HOPELESS against the POWERS TO BE.

This is exactly what the power structure always counts on to maintain “power-over”. However it is only a manipulated mirage.

What has to be taken in and awakened to by those who feel defeated is the influence of group consciousness.

AND–more importantly–it illustrates the POTENTIAL POWER of EACH PERSON’S CONSCIOUSNESS (which is actually operating energetically all the time, just often without our realizing what we’re “doing”–how we’re using it)

A very close friend recently reminded Tubularsock of an old true story recounted by Gitta Mallasz from “The Rainmaker” by Richard Wilhelm.

And it certainly seems apropos for anyone who feels at a loss for what to do.

The Rainmaker

There was a region in China where a

great drought had been happening unabated for months.
In their desperation, the inhabitants of the
area called on a ”Rainmaker” for help.

When he arrived, he asked only that he be able
to spend time alone, undisturbed in a hut.

The inhabitants accommodated his request and

When asked how he had managed to “cause” the rain
the Rainmaker replied that the inhabitants of the region, because of their inharmonious way of life, had
disturbed the forces of Nature.

So he had first to establish HIMSELF in a harmonious state of mind.

This inner harmony within himself (the rainmaker)
allowed the disturbed forces of Nature to reestablish
their balance and so the rain could fall.

Sound familiar? IT ALL STARTS IN YOU AND GOES OUT NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Well shit! Another day in OUR living hell.

Today I have a question/suggestion/thought:  I recently encountered a very interesting,
compelling, and contemplation-worthy video of a Belgian psychologist and statistician (Mattias Desmet) in an interview/conversation with a British podcaster. The psychologist addresses in this video what “hypnotizes”  (in his opinion) a mass of people into a particular “narrative”.  He also addresses what he sees as pointers toward a possible attempted totalitarian takeover and what persons in opposition to this can do.

I wondered, Tube, if you would be interested in viewing the video yourself and if you find it valuable, would be willing to post it for your followers to look at
and possibly comment on.

I’m very interested myself in how people might respond to what Desmet is saying.

AS OUR WORLD TURNS ENDING 2020

 

Well we are in the middle of it here in California. Tubularsock received an EMERGENCY TEXT on Tubularsock’s old flip phone with a screen the size of a postage stamp which read that Tubularsock was under an emergency stay at home order.

As you may recall Tubularsock lives on the top floor with a corner office in an underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA. (see Bunker Tour).

Now we have been in this situation before and Tubularsock because Tubularsock is in the essential service of political blogging Tubularsock believes Tubularsock can do as he wishes and does.

But while free floating Tubularsock wears a mask which many have said that Tubularsock looks better with a mask than without and Tubularsock does an 8’ social distance because why not? Tubularsock doesn’t like people that much anyway.

Several friends chastise Tubularsock for believing in the mask and social distancing but Tubularsock seldom worries what others think of him with a very solid view of FUCK YOU to go along with it.

Now it is not that Tubularsock believes in these tactics but it is because Tubularsock has learned the hard way that if one believes one can poke a bear in the eye because it appears to be sleeping perhaps one should heed the advice and not do that.

The Corona is difficult enough to get along with why poke it?

And Tubularsock is a big believer of YOU doing what you wish just stay away from Tubularsock while you do it.

Alas, this diatribe ends with more pressing thoughts on Tubularsock’s mind. But using Tubularsock’s ability of the ancient cave dwellers pictographic abilities Tubularsock has created a small series of pictographs to summarize for non-readers current topics of interest.

And besides, it saves letters for use in later manuscripts where a larger variety of the alphabet can be used. Don’t thank Tubularsock yet.
