Kavanaugh Ethics Scam

Well Tubularsock knows that some of you out there have had to interview for a job sometime in your current life. Right?

And doing that, depending on the position you were attempting to acquire, you had to provide information about your past work experience and perhaps some letters of recommendation showing your past achievements, experience, and character.

And once that was completed you were interviewed and had either been hired or not depending on how well you fit the job culture you wished to enter.

Of course, that was determined by the hiring team and/or boss considering your qualifications.

Pretty common stuff.

How often were you ever hired to do the job AND THEN AFTER you were hired and working at the job, your boss THEN decided to review your past ethics complaints?

You see in normal cases that would have been done BEFORE you got the job.

Well then, you just picked the wrong job!

You see, if you would had gone for being a Justice on the Supreme Court then you would have gotten the job AND THEN your ETHICS would then be looked into by your boss.

Sure it is ass backwards but we are talking government service here NOT A REAL JOB!

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. has, according to a letter made public, has stated that he has been asked by the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit to transfer at least 15 ethics complaints against Kavanaugh to the 10th Circuit, which is based in Denver and covers six states in the western United States.

To transfer complaints to another circuit is how federal courts in recent years have dealt with high-profile ethics cases.

Judges who ask to transfers these types of complaints do so to avoid conflict-of-interest issues.

So Brett Kavanaugh was confirmed to be on the Supreme Court of The United of America and is presently working AND NOW they are checking on his ETHICS!

Now you know the idiom, “A country of laws not of men” which is bantered around like it really means something. It falls into that “Rule of Law” bull shit so often held up as some kind of sacred screed as it’s explanation runs on ad nauseam.

Usually being preached by some of the slickest criminals in our very own government!

The biggest setback to this entire “Rule of Law” business is that those with money and societal status have a far better chance of getting AROUND the law than a regular citizen and if you’re poor …….. forget it baby!

But even if you forget the poor little rich frat-choirboy Kavanaugh who is just the current special privileged token to get a job on connections alone and view the entire system that we pride ourselves …………. well, if you believe it, you are deceiving yourself.

Whether you realize it or not WE better duck because it is not only Deborah Ramirez that is getting Kavanaugh’s penis waved in her face! Oh sure it’s ok …….. he’s just drunk ……. just close your eyes.

A KAVANAUGH EXCUSE

 

Well GOD DAMN.

Tubularsock figures that Brett needs ALL the excuses he can get.

Seldom will the political class accept that they may actually be responsible for their own actions.

There is always somebody else to blame!

So as a PUBLIC SERVICE, Tubularsock is offering up this perfect holy idea for Brett to use.

We know that Brett or is it Brat, same difference Tubularsock suspects, has an agenda and won’t be a true legal champion of justice. But who counts anyway.

If the guy drinks booze as much as he drank water at the hearing we may not have to worry about his legal opinions because the fucker will be under the bench most of the time.

And with that even temperament and limited lack of control Kavanaugh displayed he’ll be a perfect example of white privilege shinning right out there in front for all to see.

We already have a black sex pervert on the Supreme Court so why not have a white one.

Another example of American fairness.

And last but not least is that if Brett Kavanaugh is appointed to the Supreme Court of the United States of America then the last of the Three Branches of the Government will truly represent the intellectual and cultural level of Walmart America.

Well if you have attacked a woman and attempted to rape her and then allowed your integrity to be defended by a man KNOWN FOR GRABBING PUSSY, well what type of character witness is THAT to be defending you?

And then your second accuser says that YOU, Brett Kavanaugh, shoved your penis in her face.

And President PUSSY GRABER’S response: “Oh gee, let’s not make him a Supreme Court justice because of this?”

Now you see how correct your mother was, Brett.

But it really isn’t about President Shit For Brains, now is it.

It is about YOU, Brett.

 

All that business about being a virgin with a deep respect for women is a very, very, VERY weak defense. In fact, that is more of a reason for you to get blind drunk and act out and maybe why you lost control! Virgin Vengeance, perhaps.

Brett’s former roommate reports that Brett Kavanaugh spent his time at drunken parties and ran with a hard-drinking crowd. This pattern followed him from his high school days into college according to the facts that have been uncovered.

And because Brett Kavanaugh was so weak in moral character that when he Clerked for Judge Alex Kozinski he never noticed Kozinski’s pornographic tendencies and his sexual harassment tendencies which led to 15 women’s complaints that forced him into retirement. As Other clerks have called that culture, which ultimately forced Kozinski’s resignation, an open secret.

Kavanaugh clerked for Kozinski in 1991, they sat on panels together, and co-authored a book together and even helped Kozinski vet law clerks for Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

And somehow with this close relationship Kavanaugh missed that Kozinski was a total creep?

Maybe Brett was just too busy masturbating his virgin-Catholic-dick to notice Kozinski antics. You know how Tort Cases turns one on!

And when asked by Senator Chris Coons about Kozinski’s inappropriate behavior, including his circulations of sexually explicit emails via his “Easy Rider Gag List”, Kavanaugh’s written and oral responses were vague, and skirted the senator’s direct inquiry.

As Elie Mystal wrote in her article in Above The Law,  “Who knows what kinds of sexual harassment issues Kavanaugh will have the opportunity to decide on over the next 30 years or so, whether the man can even recognize sexual harassment WHEN HE SEES IT is relevant.”

And now today a third woman has come out with more accusations for Brett to deny.

Julie Swetnick claims that, Kavanaugh and his best friend Mark Judge, who by the way has come out previously in defense of Kavanaugh, “. . . would attempt to ‘spike’ the ‘punch’ at house parties I attended with drugs and/or grain alcohol so as to cause girls to lose their inhibitions and their ability to say ‘No.”

Julie Swetnick further claims that Kavanaugh and Judge were present at a party where she had been “gang raped” by others but not by Brett and Mark. (as far as she knows)

But hell, Brett has come out in full denial of all the accusations and has put on his choirboy virginity stance and said,

“This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened.”

Have you noticed that Brett Kavanaugh is using the exact same tactic that the Grab-Your-Pussy-In-Chief uses.

No matter HOW OUTRAGEOUS the accusations are against them the answer is ALWAYS the same:

THIS NEVER HAPPENED! THIS NEVER HAPPENED! THIS NEVER HAPPENED!

And then they keep repeating it EVEN when all the evidence shows they are lying!

These two guys DO LIVE IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE!

But if you took the time to listen to Kavanaugh’s answers given to the Senate Judiciary Committee you would have realized just how often he evaded questions which to an intelligent person would surely inspire doubts about his truthfulness before the misconduct allegations surfaced.

But it is not about integrity or intelligence or even character that the Republican’ts care about. It is about pushing their agenda ……… nothing more.

Get him in there before the midterm election no matter what! Not good governance if you ask Tubularsock but it is the way the system works and it is the major reason why it doesn’t!

As Tubularsock has mentioned before, Donald Trump is the symptom as well as the result of an America that has fallen off the tracks.

Any country that spends its time at war and not at peace is a sick country.

Americans have been willingly led down the primrose path by leaders that really don’t have the general interest of the “people” at heart.

EVERYTHING has been corporatized and that is epitomized by Citizens United!

The very first give away is when something is entitled with the term “Citizens” …… yes, a dead give away!

That ALWAYS means that a real citizen isn’t within a thousand mile radius of the pronouncement.

Now, of course here is a Tubularsock aside: Have you ever wondered what would happen if the poor would form a Corporation?

They could infinitely expand their lifestyle incomes with golden parachutes and fly first class all with smiling politicians bending over backwards with shit eating grins handing out new installments of corporate welfare checks WITHOUT the stigma of getting a hand out from the government!

Rather cool, RIGHT? Or LEFT …….. is there a real difference anymore? Not that Tubularsock has noticed.

Have you noticed that the RIGHT, whatever that is, is ALWAYS being goaded by the fear of “left-thinking”, whatever that is, and the LEFT, whatever that is, is ALWAYS being goaded by the fear of “right-thinking”, whatever that is?

But at the same time the power structure continues its agenda, whatever that is, to the point that if you really stop and look at it ………. something is being directed here without our consent.

For example, every time a poll is taken of the general public’s view about the U.S. going to war a resounding number of American citizens say NO TO WAR!

Yet ………. we have been at war THAT WE HAVE CAUSED for the last fifty plus years!

Oh sure, it’s called another name. You know, like a “Police Action”. That was what the Korean War was called AND IT’S NOT OVER YET!

And we always start the wars by propagandizing the citizens with, ….. “THEY attacked us” ….. as in a Vietnamese Gunboat attacked on an American ship in the Gulf of Tonkin. Then off we go blowing the hell out of Vietnam burning to death hundreds of thousands men, women, and children to SAVE AMERICA!

Only to discover that that incident in the Gulf of Tonkin NEVER HAPPENED!

Or Afghanistan …… why did we attack Afghanistan?

Oh yeah, Tubularsock remembers now, …….. to get bin Laden. And for what? There is still no proof that bin Laden planned 9/11. And before being attacked the Afghan Government said they’d turn bin Laden over to the U.S. if PROOF was provided that bin Laden was guilty.

But it was easier to bomb them than provide PROOF so seventeen years and still no proof, just continuous war.

And it’s good to remember:

And while repairing dry-rot Tubularsock can not help but think of the Dump Administration and all of the leeches that are hanging on and sucking on Uncle Sam’s tits because those drained swamp folks had to go somewhere!

Like all Administrations there is plenty to go around but what Tubularsock LOVES about Donald is that he fucks you right up front and then tells you that it never happened.

Shrub, Slick Willy and Killery, and Obummer fucked you in secret and you just weren’t aware of it.

But THAT has been the nature of the U.S. Government from it’s beginnings. So the only difference is that the deception of criminality is outright criminality!

And by golly, the Ignoramus In Chief has an outstanding record with ripping people off right in front of them. That was why he bankrupted six businesses as a great businessman!

And just like Dump, he claims only four bankruptcies because as he told reporters from the Washington Post “. . . he counted the first three bankruptcies as just one”.

So with the ability to define six as four is really at the heart of Dump’s ethical temperament. And his base are just dumb enough to believe that that is being good at business. Watch your wallet gang. His base are not the brightest when it comes to believing THE FAT OLD ORANGE CON MAN! (FOOCM)

And as Donald has often said “chain migration” provisions are dangerous for the country because they can lead to terrorism and other types of crime!

COKE is raising its prices and BEER is going up. Damn, those TRUMP TARIFFS are sure helping out us deplorables!

But rest assured the soybean farmers are going on corporate welfare, BMW are raising it’s prices and Harley-Davidson is moving some of its work out of the country.

Goldman Sachs projects Ford and GM will both lose $1 billion each this year because of Trump’s tariffs.

Well hell, it’s only money!

 

The interesting problem is that the trade war with China sets in motion a loss in market share.

And the longer all this continues, soybean farming will grow in other countries and once that becomes established it may NEVER shift back to the way it was before Trump’s destruction of the American soybean farmers.

But that doesn’t really matter. Fucking Dump hasn’t any stock in soybeans!

So, you got to admit that no one except The Imbecile In Chief could have bankrupted a gambling casino but THAT is the “brilliance” of Dump’s business aptitude.

The U.S. might try something new this century and get along with others rather than attempting to control others. Oh sure, if it all goes well Dump with get brand new hotels in Moscow AND Vladivostok and the rest of us will get sauerkraut for dinner.

Rudy Giuliani addressed a rally in Paris Saturday June 30, 2018.

Get this …….. he spoke to a group called the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI). These guys are mostly controlled by the Mujahedin-e-Khalq (MeK).

Remember the MeK? Come on, you remember.

The MeK was once listed by the U.S. as a terrorist organization. But you know how that wind changes right? Now those same TERRORISTS are our friends.

Tubularsock has a “feeling” that we have been here before. Try Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Libya, even Vietnam for starters. And WE LOST or are still loosing.

But winning is not the point …….. destabilization is the point.

Can you imagine loosing a child because they joined the military to destabilize the world? What a waste. Sure shows how your dead child was just cannon fodder for the machine.

And the regular people of those countries lost big time. Hundreds of thousands of them, DEAD! And the United States of America killed them or had them killed!

FOR WHAT? Rest assured Mr. and Mrs. America is wasn’t for your safety.

Now Rudy Giuliani is their friend!

(An aside about Rudy. Every time I listen to or see Rudy Giuliani, Tubularsock has to wash his hands. The slim that runs off that son-of-a-bitch is intense!)

Damn the price some people will endure to get to Paris. Tubularsock would have done that! “Yeah MeK!, NOW, can I go and see The Louvre?”

Giuliani continued with, “The mullahs must go, the ayatollah must go, and they must be replaced by a democratic government which Madam Rajavi represents!

“Freedom is right around the corner … Next year I want to have this convention in Tehran!”

And then Rudy let the cat out of the bag, the current wave of protests in Iran are being orchestrated from outside the country! Wonder if anyone bothered to ask the Iranians?

“Those protests are not happening spontaneously,” Giuliani said. “They are happening because of many of our people in Albania [which hosts an MeK compound] and many of our people here and throughout the world.”

So is Rudy saying “our people” because Rudy is a Marxist-Islamist cult member?

And that is how the U.S. worked the overthrow in the Ukraine by joining with the fascists
to bring the country down. The majority of the people wanted to side with Russia NOT the U.S.

In fact, the U.S. put up 5 BILLION dollars to overthrow Ukraine.

Now what do you think the U.S. (that is YOU, taxpayer) is putting up to attempt the overthrow Iran?

AND FOR WHAT?

JUST HOW WILL IT BENEFIT YOU?

Well, figure in the cost of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and then go out and look at your pot holed streets and broken bridges and the 21 TRILLION DOLLARS that the Pentagon has lost track of ……. hey, it’s got to be someplace!

It has been many years now that Tubularsock was wandering Europe. But all of this Naziesque crap being directed by OrangeTurd and his trusty companion BibleThumper Jeff has brought back a long forgotten conversation.

Tubularsock was driving through Germany with a trusted friend. We were taking the “slow” way through the German hinterland and was driving through the Black Forest area with no real destination in mind.

The evergreen forests and picturesque villages were right out of a “living” traveler guidebook. An amazing area of Germany to visit especially if you are a meandering traveler.

It was there, sitting in the car at a pullout that our conversation began. If we had been German citizens during the rise of Hitler and if we had been living in this area of German, just how knowledgeable would we have been about Auschwitz in Poland and what was happening in Germany at large as well?

As the hate and fear was propagated that “others” were not worthy of our concern just how shutdown to this oncoming evil would we have grokked?

Tubularsock has many German friends that have stated that their parent’s generation, after the war, would NOT EVEN discuss this subject or explain how they had been duped by Hitler and his hate filled belief system. The shame was too great and they didn’t want to explain their role of even being citizens in that mess.

And it looks to Tubularsock that Jeff has as much knowledge as Tubularsock has about Biblical interpretation when Tubularsock interprets Isaiah 11:6 “. . . the leopard will lie down with the goat . . .” to mean that Jeff Sessions fucks goats!

Now, Tubularsock may not be the best Biblical scholar, however, it just goes to show you that Jeff too is rather selective at cherry picking passages of the Bible for his own political purposes. Shame on you Jeff, you old goat fucker!

 

And then we have Plastic Melania in her “I Don’t Care, Do U” coat going off to see the children in jail to bestow her “motherly love” with her magic wand.

Wow, speaking of child molestation! Can you imagine having to be trapped in a “family” with Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric!

But leave it to Peter Fonda to hit the nail on the head with his tweet calling for Barron to be “. . . ripped from his mother’s arms and put in a cage with pedophiles.”

Of course, Peter apologized later saying he had been upset over Trump’s Policy and he had “. . . tweeted something highly inappropriate and vulgar about the president and his family in response to the devastating images I was seeing on television.”

The pedophile part WAS a little bit over the top but at least the cage would help protect Barron from Plastic-mom, Orange-dad, and the evil Munchkins!

But unlike the children stolen from their parents at the border Plastic-mom had the U.S. Secret Service notified. Some kids warrant special attention.

So Plastic-I-Don’t-Care wanted to see for herself what was happening to the imprisoned children of Latin American descent so, if you can believe this, she was sent to a facility opened to the first lady which was, of course, selected keeping in mind the press would be accompanying her.

“Other such facilities around the country have denied access to Democratic lawmakers and media”.

You know, like any good DEMOCRATIC society would do. Prevent Congress from representing the people they are supposed to represent and be the eyes of the people. Republicans are prevented as well. You know, to keep it fair.

Well, it sure fooled Plastic I-Don’t-Care!

Tubularsock is sure that everyone was on best behavior for the Plastic-Lady! She thanked everyone for a job well done and then got into her jet and flew back to Washington, D.C.

She left with her parting words that the U.S. should “govern with heart”!

And Tubularsock agrees and just maybe it has come time to pull that used heart of Dick Cheney and plant it into Donald. That heart never seemed to work for Cheney anyway.

The Nazi mind set is running again and the American public can be awakened to the possible further destruction of what is left of American Values which weren’t that strong to begin with or we can watch the edges of the toilet bowl as we all swirl down into the depth of the Black Forest never to be seen again.

 

It actually is up to US!

Trump has embarrassed the United States of America in the World and as his Scottish-born mother’s relatives have stated: “His Mother had been acutely embarrassed by the antics of her fourth child during the 1990s when his failing marriage and business were the subject of intense tabloid scrutiny.

Mary Trump died in 2000, but if his mother was upset with his crap in the 1990’s she must be turning over in her grave NOW!

And as for dear daddy, Fred C. Trump with his German ancestry as a nap-sack was arrested at a Ku Klux Klan riot in New York in 1927, records reveal. He died in 1999.

LOCK THE CHILDREN UP, NOW!

Lets get something straight ……….. taking children from their parents after crossing the border seeking asylum is against EVERYTHING this country has ever stood for and yet Jeff Sessions, John Kelly and Dumbtrump and those Republican’ts that support them are breaking the LAW OF HUMAN DECENCY. (AGAIN!)

White House chief of staff John Kelly told NPR’s John Burnett earlier this month that “the children will be taken care of — put into foster care or whatever”.

AND YET 1500 children that were taken into custody ARE UNACCOUNTED FOR and nobody knows where they are or where they were sent!

WHAT THE FUCK?

Is this country THAT DYSFUNCTIONAL?

The U.S. is obligated to accept asylum-seekers under U.S. and international law if they can show a “credible fear” of persecution or torture.

There IS NO LAW that “. . . even remotely requires the separation of children (from their parents), and we filed a recent lawsuit arguing, in fact, that the Constitution prohibits this policy.” (According to the ACLU.)

The practice of putting children “. . . into foster care or whatever” was something that was being done when children arrived at our boarders UNACCOMPANIED but was not intended to be used for children who arrived with their parents.

That policy was CREATED by Sessions and OrangeDump NOT the Democraps!

Of course, OrangeDump is out there on his soap box blaming the Democraps but this time it is just not true. Pretty much like all things OrangeDump says. But who even counts anymore?

In an interview with NPR in May, White House chief of staff John Kelly described family separation as a “tough deterrent.” And that is from a guy who lost his own son so you’d think he’d have a better understanding and compassion for the loss of a child. But no, he doesn’t seem to get it no matter how often he visits his son’s grave in Arlington Cemetery.

Hey John, you may want to ask your wife about a loss of a son. Just another “tough deterrent” …… right John?

Like Tubularsock has said before and will repeat ad nauseam, the reason so many Latin Americans are fleeing for protection from their countries is because of the destructive U.S. foreign policies toward Latin America which have been going on for years.

Those policies have lead to the causes of a massive exodus from Latin America and according to government data shows that most of the children traveling alone and families traveling together from Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala, are fleeing drug cartels, gang violence and domestic abuse. As well as the dictators the U.S. installed while “influencing” their elections.

 

But COMPASSION is not one of Jeff Sessions and Dumps strong suits. Perhaps due to poor potty training in their formative years.

Holding in shit for that many years can cause a continuous flow in pseudo-adulthood.
