HOW MANY ENEMIES?

Tubularsock was sitting in his top floor corner office in his underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA and pondering.

How is it that the United States can keep all the wars going on for years and years and just not run out of enemies. How can we be so good at this and can’t seem to fix our own streets, roads and bridges?

Is THIS what American Exceptionalism is all about? Being able to PREACH caring and peace by running undisciplined about the world kicking and screaming in reality about getting OUR own way? Disregarding ALL peoples in our way so we can get OURS even when what we want doesn’t belong to us.

So let Tubularsock define some terms to get things a bit more clear.

Now Tubularsock knows many of you know this already but as time passes we all forget some things because it just has become the way the United States does things.

The debate about how the U.S. does things is pushed aside by the continued doing of it to the point that it is soon forgotten by so many that there may be a different way to do it.

pre-emptive strike IS AGGRESSION. Clear and simple.
Un-declared war while bombing another country IS WAR.
Torture IS torture no matter what fancy word one comes up with to attempt to cover it up.
Signed treaties and agreements legally need to be followed by ALL. Not just by OTHERS.
The rule of law NOT of men MEANS just that, the rule of LAW not of men.
War criminals must be held accountable even if they are Americans.
Regime change by “assisted” revolt or assassination is WAR.
Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11
Afghanistan didn’t either!
An example of a terrorist state IS the United States.
And to bring this home to you personally Tubularsock will remind you what your mother told you, “Just because your good friend is a jackass doesn’t mean you have to copy him!”
al Qaida, ISIS, Neo-Nazis of Ukraine were all created and are supported by the U.S., Israel, and England and have and will continue to create BLOWBACK for years to come.
Drones create more terrorists than they destroy.

And sure the list could go on but Tubularsock figures you got his point with the first example which only goes to show you that redundancy is so redundant.

And because you “got-it” from the first example Tubularsock is going to use the last example as his template for all examples. Now how easy is that?

About a little over two weeks ago the BBC News reported that, “A US drone strike in Yemen . . . killed three suspected al Qaeda members suggesting that US policy in the region is continuing as normal”.

Now “. . . continuing as normal” means that the U.S. has been killing people by drones in Yemen since 2002 or for the past thirteen years. And up to this point the U.S. had a Yemenis puppet leader who went along with the U.S. killing but recently that leader was overthrown and the current Yemen government is a Shia-led rebel grouping known as the Houthis.

But the U.S. doesn’t care who is the leader of an independent country, we’ll drone them if we want because it’s “normal”! Makes Tubularsock wonder why somebody has taken all that time to draw all those border lines on all those maps if they really have no meaning. Oh, Tubularsock forgot …… the U.S. border lines are sacred, of course.

And when those supposed Arabs took out the Twin Towers the CROSSING of those U.S. border lines were duly noted, if you recall. It was even considered an attack!

But Tubularsock again is in a middle of a digression. So back to the main point.

Now “ . . . killed three suspected al Qaeda members . . . ” means …… well what it means in this case is not true.

You see “suspected” is a funny way to die. The drone operator doesn’t know if the occupants of the car they blew to hell really has REAL al Qaeda members inside.

So they are “suspected” which means that AFTER they are dead, well people on the ground report if they were al Qaeda or just another wedding party.

In fact, the Obama administration considers “all military-age males in a strike zone as combatants,” several administration officials told the New York Times in June 2012, “unless there is explicit intelligence posthumously proving them innocent.” And if they weren’t a “combatant” they are just dead with the distinction of being counted differently. You know how important accuracy is to the United States!

Well in this case two of the PEOPLE in the car were al Qaeda but the third PERSON was a thirteen year old boy ………. So who was he?

Mohammed Saleh Duaayman was 13 years old and in the sixth grade.

(another digression: you do realize that EVEN if Mohammed had skipped death and got to the United States he still would have NOT been able to go to school with the Obama kids. They go to a private school for important people!)

According to his eldest sister, Mohammed was traveling from their home in Al-Zoor village to visit his father’s second wife at the time of the Jan. 26 drone strike.

Mohammed was traveling with two men who were members of AQAP (al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula), a source within the group previously told the Yemen Times. The sister said she is unaware whether the two men were AQAP members or not, but reaffirmed that her brother was innocent and was not a member of the organization.

Funny thing, Mohammed’s father and one of his brothers who was 17 at the time were blown apart by a drone back in 2011 while they were searching for a camel. It seems that his father and two of his brothers were sleeping when the drone spotted them. The drone was controlled by a CIA controller who had never been tired following a missing camel. And you know how difficult it is to ask questions about a situation from 20,000 feet so he blew them up. Hey, you can’t be too careful driving a drone.

But the 14 year old brother hid in the rocks and was not killed but his brother and father were killed. He came home a day and a half later with the story. He had stayed in the rocks for a full day before he made his move.

Mohammed was 9 years at the time. Mohammed came from a large family. His father had four wives and 26 children—12 boys and 14 girls. And these are just a few of his brothers and sisters.

His father supported his family by buying and selling used cars and herding sheep and camels. He also received about $500 a month from the government. He had fought against the Russians in Afghanistan and on his return the Yemenis security officials provided these funds to him so he would not join the al Qaeda forces within Yemen.

After his death the Yemenis security officials stopped the government payment and the local AQAP (al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula) started to help out the family and has done so for the last three years.

So what does that tell us? Well 10 boys left to join the AQAP. That’s what!

So two drone strikes kills a father and two sons and sets up an additional 10 fighters for al Qaeda. That’s the math which then explains why we have a continued supply of enemies. AND THIS IS JUST ONE FAMILY!

Data collected by the human rights group Reprieve and presented last November maintains that attempts to kill 41 targeted individuals across Pakistan and Yemen in recent years resulted in the deaths of some 1,147 people, the vast majority civilians and families. At that rate the U.S. has created a fucking shit-load of enemies and Obomber still says, “It is not neat and it is not simple, but it is the best option that we have”.

PLOTTING THE PLOT

A long time ago on a dark, cold, windy night someone told Tubularsock that there were only seven basic plots in literature. Now Tubularsock has never cared to find out if that is true or not but Tubularsock does know one thing. When it comes to the CIA, Mossad, M15, and DCRI there is only ONE PLOT and it is the one they are cooking up!

Which leads us to the current plot. The one that has caused the world to focus. But hey, it’s a secret plot so like any basic magic trick …… the hand is quicker than the eye.

And the “ayes” have it but they are wrong! Always watch the hands.

So what is this Charlie Hebdo shoot out at the “OK” corral REALLY all about.

Ok. Lets start with an odd (or not) happening. On Thursday, January 8th The second-largest French public TV channel reported that:

The police commissioner, Helric Fredou , 45, who had been investigating the January 7th Charlie Hebdo attack was found DEAD in his office at about 1 a.m.

Oh well, you know …… standard operating procedure for the French police.

He reportedly met earlier with the family of a victim of the Charlie Hebdo attack and died before completing a report that he had been compiling.

Well you know the press ……. blood and guts sell, right!

Now remember this was reported by the SECOND-LARGEST French public TV channel on the 8th.

But it wasn’t until January 12 that the British press picked up the story. But that’s understandable because they are across the Channel.

And coming last place ………. January 13 ……….. the U.S. press. Well, the Atlantic!

Now that is just part of FREEDOM OF THE PRESS. They can report breaking stories whenever the fuck they please. And just maybe the six corporations that own the free press may not be interested in any details of the Charlie Hebdo attack.

You know, the parade’s over …….. let’s move on to college football. That’s what the public really is interested in, right?

Now Commissioner Fredou, it was reported, had been suffering from depression and experienced burn-out. He used his own gun and committed suicide. And that all may be true, Tubularsock sure doesn’t know Commissioner Fredou personal problems. But Tubularsock does know the ambulance chasing press and when they do something out of character ….. Even the Tabloids, well THAT’S news.

Why no coverage?

Oh sure Tubularsock has a theory ……… removing the focus on this entire event is where it’s at now because if one starts to pay real attention to it, well there are some holes in the story. In fact, the more you look the more like French-Swiss cheese it appears. Now that’s a delicacy!

You know, one could ask …….. who really did this Charlie Hebdo event which is being compared to 9/11. And that is a great comparison because who did 9/11 still hasn’t been determined. In fact, slowly much truth that the government’s narrative of that tragic event is just wrong continues to flow into public view. Yet the game continues.

Oh ……… don’t look, nothing to see here. Keep moving…..

So let Tubularsock define the players for you because it appears, right on schedule, they are attempting to move the goal post.

“IN THE BEGINNING ………..” there were terrorists 2 by 2 or was it 1 by 3. No, 1 by 1. Oh fuck it …….. forget in the beginning!

“IN THE SECOND COMING …….” there was Anwar al-Awlaki and he was droned to death by the Obomber Team in 2011. In September of all months of 2000 … 11. You have got to thank the Washington, D.C. PR firm for being symbolically creative for that kill date.

But how time changes. Back in 2001 Awlaki was the imam (worship leader) of the mosque in Falls Church, Virginia. And at that time he was considered a “moderate-Moslem” you know the kind. The ones in todays world Congress votes to fund with arms to fight in Syria as Western mercenaries and attempt to other-throw the Assad government.

Now Anwar al-Awlaki was an American citizen born in New Mexico and had all what American citizens have …….. a RIGHT to a fair trial for crimes and misdemeanors.

No more. The President can kill anyone he wants. And yes he has the power to do so and there are “legal reasons” he has that power BUT YOU CAN”T SEE THEM because they are secret. And for you to see the rationale for those powers would risk national security. The Supreme Court says so!

Back in 2001 Awlaki was the go-to guy in Washington, D.C. as a media source to answer questions about Islam and the 9/11 attacks. The New York Times and National Geographic both interviewed him.

He even was invited into the Pentagon to a luncheon in the Secretary’s Office of General Counsel because the Secretary of the Army asked for a presentation from a moderate Muslim as part of an “outreach effort” to ease tensions with Muslim-Americans.

Now this may seem odd but remember white people are not really in tune with those brown Middle Eastern types so we want to “outreach”. It falls into that same shit about “what do black people want” syndrome. So, of course ……. we out-reach!

Hey, it’s the best the main stream whites can do. Because they don’t want to live next door to them!

But one could ask what has Awlaki got to do with the Charlie Hebdo business? Awlaki is DEAD.

Well come to find out back in 2010, Anwar al-Awlaki issued death threats to cartoonists, journalists, and writers from Britain, Sweden, Denmark and the United States for slandering the Prophet Mohammed by drawing cartoons of him and “who are going out of their way to offend Muslims worldwide” as he expressed in Inspire an al-Qaeda magazine.

You see Awlaki “turned radical” around 2006. You know those fucking moderates. You just can’t depend on them. And he went into hiding.

While he was imam at the masque in Falls Church he preached to 3000 members and three of them were 911 hijackers who were al-Qaeda members. “He even spoke with them!” (OMG) Hmmm, 2,997 …… 3.(Do you think a Catholic priest could have criminals attending his mass occasionally?) The FBI even met with him to discuss his relationship with them.

And if that isn’t enough Awlaki in 2001, presided at the funeral of the mother of Nidal Malik Hasan the Army psychiatrist who later e-mailed him extensively in 2008–09 before the Fort Hood shootings. (must be a link …. he presided at Hasan’s mother’s funeral)!

Hey, Awlaki even associated with Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab. Come on you remember. The Nigerian Christmas Day bomber, the underwear bomber! In fact, Awlaki was ALLEGEDLY involved in planning the attack.

You remember. Abdulmutallab was escorted onto the plane in Amsterdam by a man “of authority” without a passport, visa, or luggage. Gosh no red flag there. And he attempted to detonated his ass-bomb near landing time on board Northwest Airlines Flight 253, en route to Detroit, Michigan. This occurred when Israeli intelligence was in charge of the Amsterdam airport security.

And gosh, you do remember Abdulmutallab’s father even informed the U.S. embassy that his son had “been radicalized” before the event.

Funny thing, Awlaki wasn’t in control of the Amsterdam airport or the American Embassy. And Awlaki is conveniently DEAD but still lives as you will see!

But finally the tie in ………… Said Kouachi, one of the brothers responsible for the Charlie Hedbo attack, according to The Associated Press, had lived with Abdulmutallab, the underwear bomber.

And Abdulmutallab had been, in fact working under cover for Saudi intelligence and the CIA when he was given a new nonmetallic type bomb aimed at getting past airport security. That was according to what US and Yemeni officials had told The Associated Press in May 2012.

So.

Now we have Chérif Kouachi and Said Kouachi as the weapons of choice to attack Charlie Hebdo. And we have Amedy Coulibaly the terrorist who was involved in killing an unarmed woman police officer and he was the hostage-taker and gunman in the kosher market where four of the hostages were killed.

But during the market crisis the hostages said that Coulibaly yelled out:

“We are just telling you we are the defenders of the prophet and that I Chérif Kouachi have been sent by Al Qaida of Yemen and that I went over there and that Anwar Al- Awaki financed me.”

The three men were all members of the same Paris jihadist cell.

Now is that a bit odd to you? Notice the quote doesn’t say “I” (Coulibaly) but “I” (Chérif Kouachi) and proceeds to tie in Al Qaida and Anwar Al-Awaki.

And then think about the Kouachi brothers conveniently leaving their ID in the getaway car.

Well Dr. Watson it appears someone is trying to tell us something. And rather emphatically.

But it is useful to know that Chérif Kouachi, Said Kouachi and Amedy Coulibaly had been tracked and monitored because they were involved is terrorist activities. They were arrested many times, yet were allowed to continue training and plotting with fellow Al-Qaeda in Iraq, Yemen, and Syria groups.

Then about 6 months ago, French intelligence decided the suspects’ serial offenses along with their direct contact with Al Qaeda – including the receiving of terrorist training and battlefield experience fighting along side them in Syria – were “low risk” cases and therefore not worthy of their attention.

And if you are interested, six months, coincidentally, is about the typical length of time that security and intelligence “sting operations” take to set up and target terrorists operations. This time frame provides an appropriate time within which an event like these attacks could have been planned, funded, and eventually carried out.

It does follow a trusted pattern. A blatantly obvious terror cell, known to authorities, “drops out of sight”, and then set loose at an appropriate moment. And then executed making sure that the “terrorists” are executed as well. Mission accomplished.

This pretty much has all the telltale signs of a guided military-intelligence operation.

And the “hit-date” was pre-planned because Coulbaly drove his wife, Hayat Boumeddiene, to Madrid, Spain and stayed with her until January 2nd when he returned to France and she flew on to Istanbul, Turkey stayed for four days then moved to Akçakale,Turkey and then crossed into Syria on January 8th the day of the attack. Her movements were watched by MIT (Turkey’s intelligence agency) using cellphone tracking.

Well what does all this mean? Why was this attack carried out? Who wins?

Tubularsock figures first, who needs to be scared into line? AND WHY?

The short list for the possible rationale for this attack is as follows:

1. The U.S. government executed the attack to punish France for its independent foreign policy, citing its vote at the United Nations to recognize Palestine as a state.

2.Both France and Germany are baulking over the economic hit they are taking over the Russian sanctions. And talking about ending them. This attack could have been done to refocus their commitment to the American cause.

3.NATO needs public support of its ISIS war and it’s Syrian destruction. The attack could help to enrage the publics of Europe into a stronger fear based hatred of Moslems.

4.France is being targeted by Israel since its lower house last month voted to recognize Palestine, which allowed the occupied state to become part of the International Criminal Court, with the power to hold the Zionist state responsible for genocide. An enraged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned that it would be a “grave mistake” if the French parliament recognized Palestinian statehood.

5.The President of Turkey has suggested French security forces are to blame for the deadly terrorist attacks in Paris, since the culprits had recently served prison sentences.

Doesn’t their intelligence organization track those who leave prison?

“French citizens carry out such a massacre, and Muslims pay the price,” President Erdogan said.

In any chess match you may have to sacrifice a few pawns in order to check-mate the King. Pawns are expendable to a point.

Zbigniew Brzezinski, in his 1998 book The Grand Chessboard states that, “Without sustained and directed American involvement, before long the forces of global disorder could come to dominate the world scene. And the possibility of such a fragmentation is inherent in the geopolitical tensions not only of today’s Eurasia but of the world more generally . . . that puts a premium on maneuver and manipulation in order to prevent the emergence of a hostile coalition that could eventually seek to challenge America’s primacy.”

Whatever the case whenever these types of terrorist activities take place it is safe to say that somewhere in the line of command you’ll find the CIA and Mossad …… hey, that’s what they do.

Remember, it was the CIA that assisted in creating al-Qaeda.

TORTURE AMERICAN STYLE

You know, Tubularsock thought he’d never see the day when Dick Cheney and George Bush would support ISIS and their “enhanced interrogation” methods. That is impressive!

Cutting off people’s heads isn’t barbaric it is standard policy for Cheney and Bush.

Ask Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson.

So Tubularsock just can’t wait for some U.S. military special op soldiers to get themselves captured by ISIS. And Tubularsock can’t wait for the ISIS videos of the different techniques that Dick and George enthusiastically support be shown on YouTube.

No really, Tubularsock is really excited. As you know the CIA destroyed the torture videos they took of the CIA doing it ….. sure it was against the law to destroy those videos …….. but shit, we are all looking forward not back!

What? Did you miss that memo?

No ……. it’s all good. Put anything up Dick’s and George’s ass and they just love it. Might even remind them of the Bohemian Grove.

But what is really great is that the U.S. Government has come out of the closet on the entire torture thing. Now what a freeing experience.

You see at one time in our history and you do realize the American military has ALWAYS tortured (look into our fine attitude in the Philippines) but it was hidden and condemned as not a noble thing to do.

Don’t you remember? It was something those Japs did, and later the Gooks did. Hey, they were yellow people what else would you expect? Oh hell, yes even some white people did it both the Ruskyies and the Krauts tortured too but hey they were Communists and Nazis so what do you expect?

But Americans NEVER would do torture …….. really go back and watch the old World War II movies!

America had a better trained citizens army that had standards of conduct above all the rest.

Don’t you remember? Oh how could you …….. how silly of Tubularsock to forget ……. we are all looking forward now!

The odd thing was that the United States, the country that stood above the rest as a beacon of decency had a SCHOOL FOR TORTURE. Talk about confusing the image.

That school was the U.S. Army’s School of the Americas. But like any good torture school it was rebranded in 2001 as the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation. Oh yes, rebranding it. What is surprising is that they didn’t call it “Happiness Farms”! Hey, TORTURE as a product. How convenient, Tubularsock can see the ads now.

And yep, they still teach their students how to torture ……. that’s their purpose!

But of course they say it differently: “. . . cooperation among the participating nations and promote democratic values, respect for human rights, and knowledge and

understanding of U.S. customs and traditions.”

Now here’s a hint ……. see the loophole?

“ . . . understanding of U.S. customs and traditions”

And because Dick and George has brought torture out of the closet it is now part of America’s Customs and Traditions!

See, it’s all good now.

Just a side note: Brazil has just released a torture report this week and it detailed a pattern of killings and torture during a period of military dictatorship from 1964 to 1985.

And guess who happens to be mentioned as a major contributor to this pattern of killings and torture ……… THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Proving once again that it really is a Custom and Tradition of our country and Dick and George proudly stand behind this killing and torture because IT’S AMERICAN!

An interesting point that’s fun is the report by Brazil’s National Truth Commission is only 2000 pages long as opposed to the U.S. Senate’s report which was 6700 pages long. Which only goes to show you that we just have more Customs and Traditions to deal with in our country.

And the VERY BEST part …….. Brazil released all 2000 pages to the public! But our grand “democracy” released kicking and screaming only 524 redacted pages to the public. With even the likes of John Kerry calling Diane Feinstein before the release to warn her that the release may cause safety concerns to Americans.

The amazing thing to Tubularsock is just how high the stack of bull shit goes.

The only people in the ENTIRE WORLD that don’t know the amount and level of torture and murder this country does is the American public. The ones that when the planes hit the world trade towers just couldn’t fucking figure out ….. “WHY DO THEY HATE US?”

That same public are the ones that can’t figure out why so many black citizens are upset about being murder in the streets in this country like every fucking murder was the first time it happened!

The same racist pattern that Dick and George support and promote in dealing with all those little brown “terrorists” is the same racist pattern that is supported and promoted by the police in dealing with minority citizens within the United States.

The “general public” doesn’t see the treatment being dished out every day so when it comes bubbling up to the surface they see it as an isolated incident whether it’s in the streets of Ferguson or in the streets of Baghdad.

What they don’t understand is that it is a systemic problem of our Customs and Traditions!

When Insane Obama came to office with all that HOPE & CHANGE shit, people really did fall for the bull shit hook line and sinker. And the reason Tubularsock used a fishing reference here is because if you were awake you could tell it was FISHY from the get-go. In truth, if you weren’t brain dead even before the get-go!

Lets look at the big step in stopping torture that Mr. Step-an-Fetch-It Obama put in place.

“Interrogation Techniques and Interrogation-Related Treatment. Effective immediately, an individual in the custody or under the effective control of an officer, employee, or other agent of the United States Government, or detained within a facility owned, operated, or controlled by a department or agency of the United States, in any armed conflict, shall not be subjected to any interrogation technique or approach, or any treatment related to interrogation, that is not authorized by and listed in Army Field Manual 2 22.3 (Manual).”

Wow, impressed? Sounds good doesn’t ………..

Want to know the loophole? Want to know why Obummer DIDN’T stop torture even NOW ……… and now means now, today. And we don’t need to look backward because we are in NOW! Nothing has changed ……..

1. Obummer’s executive order still permits “rendition”—the transfer of a terror suspect to another country for interrogation.

Boy, that was simple ………….

No orders to stop were given, to the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), a clandestine force composed of elite fighters from several branches of the US armed forces. JSOC had run its own secret detention centers in Iraq.

You remember, right? ……. clandestine, that means “secret” so don’t tell anyone.

And torture is still conducted at Guantanamo but they call it by different names so all’s good.

When the United States ratified the Convention Against Torture, it required that the United States would extradite or prosecute those who commit, or are complicit in, the commission of torture.

You know that was one of those international treaties to make the world a better place and we signed it. Or rather it was that old mentality fucked up Ronald Reagan that signed that treaty. The guy who condoned the murder and torture programs in Latin America that Brazil is still dealing with to this day. Not to mention Chile, Nicaragua, Argentina, Honduras ………………….

The Convention Against Torture that Ron signed for the U.S. states in Article 2 that:

1. Each State Party shall take effective legislative, administrative, judicial or other measures to prevent acts of torture in any territory under its jurisdiction.

2. No exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat or war, internal political instability or any other public emergency, may be invoked as a justification of torture.

An order from a superior officer or a public authority may not be invoked as a justification of torture. . . .

But hey, don’t you worry bout a thing!

Because the notorious March 2003 memo written by John Yoo, who was then deputy assistant attorney general for the office of legal counsel, said Bush’s wartime authority had priority over any international ban on torture.

So there you have it ……….. isn’t law fun ………. just takes one guy with a law degree to negate the law. And not only laws of the U.S. but laws of the WORLD! How convenient, don’t you think?

But the Convention Against Torture also had Article 4 which states that,

1. Each State Party shall ensure that all acts of torture are offences under its criminal law. The same shall apply to an attempt to commit torture and to an act by any person which constitutes complicity or participation in torture.

But of course John Yoo said that that can’t apply because a President’s WAR POWERS negates ALL laws on torture ……. and he did that with only ONE memo.

Shows you how far we have come in America. At the Constitutional Convention of 1787 to create the LAWS OF THE LAND it took Jefferson, Adams, and Franklin several drafts before they created the LAWS OF THE LAND ……… John Yoo, one fucking memo!

But yet the Convention Against Torture also had Article 15 which states that,

Each State Party shall ensure that any statement which is established to have been made as a result of torture shall not be invoked as evidence in any proceedings . . .

Oh wow ……. there goes all those Guantanamo kangaroo trials now doesn’t it?

Not according to John Yoo’s memo.

In fact, on January 8th 2006, John Yoo publicly argued that “. . . there is no law that could prevent the President from ordering the torture of a child of a suspect in custody – including by crushing that child’s testicles”. Sweet.

The Constitution of the United States is the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND!

And United States Constitution in Article 6 states rather clearly that:

“This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.”

And Tubularsock agrees with none other than Condoleezza Rice – Bush’s National Security Advisor and then Secretary of State when in 2005 she stated,

“Torture, and conspiracy to commit torture, are crimes under U.S. law, wherever they may occur in the world.”

Even though to date she hasn’t turned herself in to the authorities.

Yes, “there is no one above the law.”

But there is a loophole ……… can you see it?

You see “there is no one above the law” but you have to understand the system.

There are some citizens that can’t get into the building ……. they are barred! Mostly the very poor and the mentally ill.

There are some citizens that have the stairs and can fill out the forms and march them up to the top floor courtroom.

There are some citizens that have the escalator and they fill out the forms and glide up to the top floor courtroom.

There are some citizens that have others fill out the forms and ride the elevator to the top floor courtroom.

And then ……. there are just a limited number of citizens that have others fill out and deliver the forms and ride the express elevator to the top floor courtroom. They don’t have the time for the law.

And then there is an extremely limited number that have others fill out and deliver the forms and their representatives arrive by helicopter above the top floor. THEY are above the law ……and so are their friends! They don’t have time for government interference.

That is the legal structure in reality in the United States so now being clear about how the system works how many convictions for torture and supporting torture do you think will be executed?

Well save your energy. You don’t have to hold up even one finger.

But with all the laws that are and all the laws that aren’t. With all the justifications for it and all the arguments against it,

it all boils down to this …………..

IT IS JUST WRONG ……. THERE IS NO CORRECT WRONG ……. IT IS JUST PLAIN WRONG TO TREAT ANYONE THIS WAY! PERIOD.

The Wall Street Journal’s website published an opinion piece in which former CIA Directors George Tenet, Porter Goss and Michael Hayden and Deputy Directors John E McLaughlin, Albert Calland and Stephen R. Kappe defend their agency’s record.

They said that the CIA report was “. . . a one-sided study marred by errors of fact and interpretation . . . and had missed opportunity to deliver a serious and balanced study of an important public policy question”.

Well Tubularsock agrees. No really. Tubularsock has agreed with assholes before so it isn’t the first time. So to settle this question about your-side vs their-side crap Tubularsock suggests ………. LET’S RELEASE ALL 6000 PAGES rather than the 500 pages that are “marred by errors of fact and interpretation”.

What do you say to that boys?

If Tenet, Goss and Hayden (fucking assholes all) and the other lackeys REALLY wanted “a serious and balanced study of an important public policy question” wouldn’t they be the first to demand the release of ALL the pages?

There is not a question that if those 6000 pages were released that we would find out what Tubularsock and you know already, that the United States IS A TERRORIST STATE and needs to have a regime change NOW!

Nor is anyone going to be arrested and tried for breaking American and International Laws. NO.
