FRENCH MERDE HITS THE FAN!

Now for the French merde !

According to the German Economic News there has been 54 arrests of French citizens for “glorifying terrorism” IN SPEECH!

Now this is after the big march in honor of FREE SPEECH.

Tubularsock just loves this kind of merde!

It has always interested Tubularsock just how free speech works.

If Tubularsock went to France and said, “Kill those fucking Moslems”…… nothing.

If Tubularsock went to France and said, “Tubularsock likes the Kouachi brothers” ….. Tubularsock could be arrested for “glorifying terrorism”!

No really …….. lets all go to the streets and march for selected free speech now.

Maybe that was what Voltaire was really saying in French. “I may not agree with what you are saying but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.” was only a poor English translation ….. in French it is “I may not agree with what you are saying ….. off to the fucking guillotine!”

You see, in France you can not legally be a denier of the Holocaust EVEN IF IT NEVER HAPPENED and you can’t make jokes about or express anything that may be considered speech that glorifies terrorism. Or joke with words that some may think as “hate speech”.

So in France Tubularsock’s joke, “Did you hear about the Jew who went to the bazaar  twice …” OH MERDE!

But Tubularsock isn’t going to France soon anyway only because Tubularsock’s new red T-shirt that says “Come On Kouachi Brothers let’s mow down Parliament”  wouldn’t be allowed.

The French Police arrested the French comedian Dieudonné Dieudonne for  “glorification of terrorism” after he wrote on the Sunday after the memorial march on Facebook: “As for me, I feel tonight as Charlie Coulibaly.” (Amedy Coulibaly was the gunman from kosher supermarket in Paris.) Dieudonne was making a comparison to the “I’m Charlie” saying that was chanted at the march and his treatment by the French government like he was a terrorist. When his humor is no different than “Charlie Hebdo” and pointing out that double standard.

But he was arrested!

The German press focused on his stage name Dieudonné but his name is Dieudonné M’bala M’bala and has constantly been harassed by the French “hate speech laws”. He’s a comedian for Christ sake!

As he stated in a letter to the French interior minister, Bernard Cazeneuve, “Whenever I speak, you do not try to understand what I’m trying to say, you do not want to listen to me. You are looking for a pretext to forbid me. You consider me like Amedy Coulibaly when I am not any different from Charlie.” 

Tubularsock thinks of Lenny Bruce and his legal harassment. Sounds similar to Tubularsock.

Dieudonné M’bala M’bala father was from Cameroon and his mother French. Dieudonné initially achieved success with a Jewish comedian, Élie Semoun, humorously exploiting racial stereotypes. But now because of the “hate speech laws” he’s been harassed.

But the level of French Big Brother didn’t only go after comedians but has reached far and wide.

A 14-year-old was brought before a juvenile court for glorifying terrorism for saying, “We are the sisters Coulibaly and rausholen (to whip out) our Kalashnikovs” to inspectors (cops) on a streetcar. Sounds more rap than terror unless in the process she wiped out a Kalashnikov but she didn’t. When you can’t speak freely then where’s the “free speech”? 

THE TRUTH IS HATE SPEECH FOR THOSE WHO HATE TRUTH!

And just to top this off a 34 year-old-drunk-man “attacked verbally” the police after his arrest at a traffic accident for “glorification of terrorism” when he yelled at them, “There should be more of these Kouachi brothers (…) I hope that the next time they meet (…) you would a godsend for terrorists. “

A government spokesperson told reporters that in addition to the stepped-up hate-speech enforcement, the French government is “broadening” its legal ability to tap phones and use other types of intelligence-gathering methods for the purpose of detecting threats.

Now why isn’t Tubularsock surprised?

If all the energy of the police is focusing on children, comedians, and disgruntled drivers the real terrorists will be able to waltz right in and do their next act of terrorism and ALL will be so surprised! Do the police in France lack common sense too? Sacrément stupide !

So there you have it ………. French free speech is relative to who you are and how you fit into “correct” society and they aren’t any safer for it. What a load of merde!
