There is a BIG difference between Hacking and Insider Leaking!

This entire Russian Hacking thing is just a diversion. So often, and this is no exception, one has to read The New York Times articles to their very end. They start with,

“American intelligence agencies have told the White House they have “high confidence” that the Russian government was behind the theft of emails and documents from the Democratic National Committee. …”

BUT IT ISN’T TILL THE END OF THE ARTICLE THAT IT STATES, “But the campaign officials acknowledge that they have no evidence.”

THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE!

So at this time you may want to ask the question, Just where does this “HIGH CONFIDENCE” come from ……. easy, from what they have been smoking at the CIA!

And just a reminder in case you have forgotten …… one of the CIA’s major jobs has been to undermine fair democratic elections all around the world from its early history in post-war Europe to Cold War campaigns in Central and South America.

So the question you must preface your own thoughts with in this matter is, “What’s the deal going down that brings the CIA out to make a case for it?”

THE ONLY PROBLEM

The only problem with the Presidential debate is that there is nothing to debate.

When a debate is conducted WITHIN THE LIE there are no possible solutions because there ARE NO intended solutions.

THE LIE IS the purpose and driving principle and that is why there is no intended solution.

All these Presidential “debates” are conducted within a closed box of false ideas and thereby provide an endless loop which appears to be confronted with different plans and solutions but because the entire premises is a lie all this process provides is endless delusion.

And that is why it “feels” like you have heard it all before … you have.

Because the lie is on going.

Now what does Tubularsock mean when he says LIE?

The easiest way to explain it is using a HUGE CHOCOLATE BAR. Who get the big chunks and who get the small chunks and who get the crumbs?

“Good People” don’t allow their leaders to burn people to death with napalm or blow people to pieces with cluster bombs or drop two atomic bombs on men, women, and children and rain death down upon other human beings with drones!

“Good people” don’t fall asleep to the fact that this nation was founded on the mass genocide of the Indigenous Peoples of North America and thereby stealing their land and destroying their culture.

“Good People” don’t allow slavery and degradation of people.

“Good People” don’t allow torture and solitary confinement of people!

And “good people” don’t continue to support endless wars of domination of OTHER PEOPLE’S natural resources in order to sustain a false lifestyle of wealth and prosperity.

BUT WE HAVE AND WE DO! And that is not a sign of “good people”!

We are a very selfish and self centered people and with all of this wealth around us we are still a desperate and unhappy people.

Drug abuse and the murder of each other doesn’t convey a Happy People.

Being absorbed into the latest electronic device helps sustain a barrier to real relationships and thereby intensify isolation from “other” which doesn’t convey a Happy People.

AND FEAR ……. fear appears to be the cornerstone of our past and current existence and doesn’t convey a Happy People.
Now all of this self-centeredness keeps us focused on attempting to hold onto the “stuff” that we have because along with everything else we have be taught that who we are is defined by what we’ve got!

And that may be the underpinning of the entire LIE.

You are a single independent being with enormous creative abilities.

OBAMA EMAIL HACKED!

Tubularsock was hacking into the NSA cafeteria menu today and causing dietary heartburn. It was a small cyber hack but just enough not to be noticed.

Tubularsock has an entire sector in his underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA that deals with hack, hack, hacking!

Now, Tubularsock has even developed how to pass the blame off onto the Russians or the Chinese or even the North Koreans. Really it’s easy.

Now, it’s best not to take credit for a hack because the U.S. has a new law that allows the U.S. military to bomb you if you are found to have disrupted our precious motherland, ahh, fatherland or is that homeland? Tubularsock just can’t keep those Nazi word speak statements straight.

Anyway Obama signed an executive order to protect us from the evil that is sneaking into every computer on every lap in every cafe in the United States of America! Thank be it to GOD, or is it Goggle or maybe Mac. Ok, something where an Apple’s involved!

Anyway thank’s to them.

You remember back when the 2015 State of the Union Address was delivered Step-An-Fetch-It said that Congress must do something about Cyber Crime. Well way back on February 12, 2013 Step-An-Fetch-It had issued Executive Order #13636 which had set the Cyber ball rolling.

The first thing it did was to “. . . protect the country’s critical infrastructure” from cyber attack. You know the infrastructure that is falling apart because all our money is going off to fight the two dozen wars we are involved in. That infrastructure!

Then it was to “. . .engage with international partners to promote internet freedom . . .” and allow through that internet the ability for NSA and the U.S. military hacker units to read all the other leaders private emails and communications. Because of the freedom loving nature of the United States.

And building on that by “. . . shaping a cyber-savvy workforce and moving beyond passwords in partnership with the private sector.” So as to further dissolve protection of your privacy and civil liberties.

All in all the Step-An-Fetch-It Administration provided these principles in its approach to strengthen cybersecurity:

“Whole-of-government approach

Network defense first

Protection of privacy and civil liberties

Public-private collaboration

International cooperation and engagement.”

But even with all of this hyperbole the North Koreans hacked into Sony and fucked around because of that Comedy Movie Sony produced about the assassination of the great leader. Or at least they said it was the North Koreans.

And now, this week Step-an-Fetch-It’s emails have been hacked by the RUSSIANS!

Well, there is no proof provided that the Russians did it but Step-An-Fetch-It is still pushing the propaganda about the evil Russians ……. Tubularsock wonders if the general American even gives a rats ass any more.

Now this has all occurred even after the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center (CTIIC) was created by Executive Order on February 25, 2015.

You see CTIIC was created for the purpose of “connecting the dots” regarding malicious foreign cyber threats to the nation and cyber incidents affecting U.S. national interests.

It’s the old connect the dots game. Well, Tubularsock figures they didn’t.

But the President said that the “New Tools” we have put in place “. . . will be used to go after the worst of the worst of malicious cyber actors. It just might be more honest, in Tubularsock’s mind, to go after ……. The United States Government! And cyber crimes are not the only crimes the .S. Government has committed!

Ferguson Perspective

Now Tubularsock noticed that many Oakland businesses were bringing down the plywood off the store front windows downtown. A bit optimistic from Tubularsock’s point of view.

Tubularsock has viewed and participated in many protests of different types dating back to the ’60’s and if Tube was going to create a protest, well ……. there are very easy ways to close down any city with just a handful of people. Yet, to date the organizers seem not to think outside the box.

And Tubularsock’s tactics do not include direct violence or direct confrontation with police. Nor does it include property damage. But the end result …….. bedlam!

So enough strategic logistics for now.

Tubularsock is safe in his top floor corner office in his underground bunker overlooking Washington, D.C. from Oakland, CA and wants to discuss some Ferguson shit.

First and for-most EVERYONE knew the outcome of the Grand Jury decision on the day they were called to start to deliberate. In THIS society the only way this decision would have been different would have been perhaps if the cop had been black and the kid had been white.

But lets look at the built in biases in the system ………….

Now the Grand Jury for the Ferguson incident was comprised of nine whites and three blacks. Of that there was one black man and two black women on the panel, and six white men and three white women.

Now for the St Louis County area this breakdown fits the demographics. But for Ferguson the black population is significantly larger.

But more importantly at least nine votes were required to indict Wilson. Interesting, 9 whites, 3 blacks funny how that worked out.

A Grand Jury meets in secret, a standard practice for such proceedings. And the District  Attorney presents the “facts” of the case and directs who will be called as witnesses and all other matters.

A District Attorney really can get anybody indicted for anything, because there’s no representative for the defense in the proceedings and the jury hears only the state’s evidence.

As Glenn Jones, an attorney with the Athens branch of the Ohio Public Defender’s office puts it, “It’s shooting fish in a barrel”. And Former New York state Chief Judge Sol Wachtler famously remarked that a prosecutor could persuade a grand jury to “indict a ham sandwich.”

But what happens if the District Attorney DOESN’T want an indictment?

Bob McCulloch is pro-cop. His mother, brother, uncle, and cousin all worked for the St Louis police department and if that isn’t enough to question his ability to present a fair case to the Grand Jury then the fact that McCulloch’s police officer father was killed in the line of duty by a black man should give one pause.

McCulloch has called “irrelevant,” his fathers death affecting his decision making process in the Brown case.

But if you take into consideration that Bob McCulloch was 12 years old when his father was shot and killed by a black man ………… well, ask a psychiatrist or psychologist about an impact of such a violent, shocking experience on a 12 year old.

But if you look at the judicial system as a whole you’ll find that Grand Juries overwhelmingly indict cases brought in front of them. Unless they deal with questionable police misconduct and then as a whole you’ll find that it is incredibly rare for a Grand Jury to indict a police officer.

A Grand Jury of “good citizens” tend to trust the police and even when the “facts” show possible guilt they will disregard the evidence because of their bias toward police.

When you add a jury’s bias into a situation like Ferguson where McCulloch’s background leans toward the police and thereby causes him to not really present a compelling case against Officer Wilson, whether consciously or unconsciously then the outcome is clear before the process even begins.

Justice was not served and don’t expect it to get any better except when enough white people get kicked around and wake up to the police state mentality that has allowed Blacks and Latinos to be fucked over because nobody’s looking!

But it will have to affect wealthier whites because poor whites aren’t worth shit either.

And what if ……… it is all a false flag operation? The old colonial tactic of divide and conquer.

If the “underclasses” woke up to the fact that they have more in common with each other than differences then some butt could start to be kicked! But without enlightened common organization the division between people will continue to be exploited.

Oh but first everyone has to get up off their big fat American asses and go to the streets!

Maybe tomorrow ……………  there’s a rerun of Father Knows Best on the TV and then a frozen pizza. Bon appetit!

As usual, Tubularsock sits in awe of stupidity.  Obomber’s speech sounded like Bush’s speech, sounded like Johnson’s speech, sounded like Nixon’s speech.

There is always that underpinning whether mentioned or not that we have to stop the Vietcong, al Qaida, ISIS over there or they will be on our shores in a minute.

Even though YOU can’t get on a plane without a crotch search.

And oh how BARBARIC they all are, down right uncivilized!

Did you know that ISIS cuts people’s heads off?

And oh my god, they WATER-BOARD their prisoners!

they make their prisoners wear orange jump suits!

And unlike “OUR” CIA they didn’t destroy their videos of doing all these things, THEY POST THEM ON YOUTUBE!

Somehow in all this is always our rush to bomb …… well, bomb somebody.

And bombing has worked so well that it will just be as effective again!

And what gets Tubularsock the most is that WE (meaning the United States) helped create ISIS. WE (meaning the United States) funded them and trained them to help fight Syria. And remember WE (meaning the United States) also funded and trained bin Laden’s al Qaida back in the day to help fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan.

Somehow that never gets mentioned in the speeches and the maimed stream media.

The other crap that seemed to be missed is in August, Saudi Arabia executed 15 people by chopping off their heads. You remember Saudi Arabia …… they are one of our allies.

And the “moderate” elements of the rebel groups in Syria which WE (meaning the United States) have been and are going to continue to arm, fund, and train cut off 8 heads of captured ISIS rebels in the past few days.

Now you tell Tubularsock ……… does it look like beheading really means all that much to the President or Congress to you?

Now the realization that bombing people usually turns them INTO terrorists still hasn’t penetrated Obomber’s head. Bush didn’t get that either and the Vietcong grew under Johnson’s and Nixon’s bombing.

So why is it that bombing is the first line of defense?

Hmmm. Just maybe we need terrorists.

It appears to Tubularsock that it is the ONLY job program Obummer and Congress have come up with that works!

There doesn’t appear to be any unemployment in ISIS. And you have to admit ISIS even sounds like a government program?

From a series of informed sources who are not authorized to speak on this issue but have nothing else to do today in the bloated government bureaucracy has presented an outline of the influence of the new Secretary Of The Inferior on the Obama Administration.*

The Tubularsock News Team has also sent our stealth photographer into the mix and has documented photographic evidence of all the rumor and innuendo.

As we like to say at the Tubularsock News Team break-room, “If a picture is worth a thousand words then this story is worth ten thousand words!”

Rather than be accused of conflict of interest we have turned our investigative journalism over to the tabloid, The New York Toast.

From the very beginning fear in the Administration was palpable. Could a “commoner” be able to bond with the elite?

Well, our inside sources all concurred that the new Secretary Of The Inferior fit like a hand in a glove.

The new Secretary Of The Inferior was asked by the press how he felt to be at the left hand of The President of the United States and he clearly stated, “no, the steak tartare please”.

The more comfortable the Secretary Of The Inferior became the more cautious distrust  appeared within the West Wing. In fact, down right suspiciousness of his intentions were felt and cloaked in plutocratic innuendo.

This type of approach to an obvious “outsider” was lost on the Secretary who felt that they liked him. But he started to isolate himself in the President’s office.

Now in any Presidential Administration lots of stuff gets stolen. Paper clips, ball point pens, computers, ground-keeper tools, ballistic missiles, large sums of cash, larger sums of cash, cash of larger sums than that and one’s integrity.

The biggest surprise is that anyone noticed.

Immediately Congress formed two committees, one in the House and one in the Senate. Each committee member and staff took it upon themselves to fly to Kuala Lumpur to see where Air Force One should have landed if it hadn’t been stolen.

It was verified that there was NO, they repeated NO, Air Force One on any golf course in Kuala Lumpur.

Senator John McCain was unable to say, “The terrorist have been part of this Obama Administration for some time and the Ukrainian people need all ….. no, I mean Palestine has to be considered ….. no, I mean  …”

The CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO, AFISRA, MI, MCIA, ONI, OICI, I&A, CGI, FB/NSB, DEA/ONSI, INR, and the TFI were all called into service but many of them were out of the office so a message was left with their respective receptionists. **

All of these agencies work separately and together to conduct intelligence activities and are under the I.C. which is headed by the DNI, who reports to the President.**

The FBI, DOS, DSS, IRS-CID, TIGTA, USMP, DOD, DCIS, CID, OSI, NCIS, DOJ, ATF, USDI, USDA, DOC, HHS, DHS, USCG, FPS, CGPD, CBP, ICE, USSS, SPS,USCP, USPIS were also all put on the case. **

It appears that the USPIS (United States Postal Inspection Service) may have not been necessary however Senator Diane Feinstein insisted that it was not because her husband was well invested in post offices that the agency must play a role. It was because of “. . . her keen concern to protect every woman and child of this great land”.

As Senator Feinstein did not say, “That plane could have been easily packed up in a pre-postage-paid-priority-mail-express-package and shipped to the Russians for all we know!”

As a result over seventeen million dollars will be allocated to throughly inspect ALL the P.O.Boxes in every post office within the United States.

Representative Robert Fuckoff (R) Ohio demanded that for national security concerns he would pursue drafting a bill to create an inspection team to investigate all “general delivery” windows of every post office in the United States.

During an impromptu stop over at the employee’s break room at Postal Inspection, Inc. Rep. Fuckoff stated, “This twenty-seven million dollar allocation bill will ensure that inspections would be conducted on all “general delivery” locations. What better way is there to protect our citizens from terrorists who want to harm our home-land?” 

When the maimed-stream media asked about the rumor that his family was involved in Postal Inspection, Inc. Representative Fuckoff stated, “Those accusations have been made before!”

A Special Blue Ribbon Committee was appointed immediately if not sooner by the President to “investigate the disappearance of Air Force One and The Secretary Of The Inferior” and to report back to him. The President insisted that the Committee’s work would be totally transparent and would be held in secret for national security reasons.

The maimed-stream media didn’t pursue the definition of transparent assuming the President is a Constitutional Scholar and knew the definition better than they.

Congress announced that it will immediately take up the issue of funding the Special Blue Ribbon Committee as soon as they return from their inter-session break and before their fall break. This leaves “. . . a corridor of six full hours” stated Senator DipStick (D) from Louisiana. 

Conspiracy

First there were the sightings.

(UPI) “They were ALL there”, said Jimmy Insano from DelRio, Texas. “Right out in front of the Dairy Queen! Elvis, bin Laden, Kennedy and the Secretary Of The Inferior!”

“I didn’t see no plane or anything like that …… but I didn’t go in the Dairy Queen. Sure, it could have been in there.”

 The heat in DelRio at times reaches 135 degrees in the shade.

(The Sun, UK) “The chances of Air Force One being snatched from the sky by an alien space craft isn’t as far fetched as it may appear” says Jay Jay Johnson. “There have been sightings recently as far away as Denver”, he continued. “Space IS the final frontier, you know, and if and I’m saying IF, The Secretary Of The Inferior had been sent with a message to give to extraterrestrials, then why not?” Jay Jay Johnson concluded.

(New York Times) It was reported today that the Malaysian Government was asked by President Obama to assist in the tracking of the missing Air Force One. Critics say this new development has created perhaps a “hint” that the President isn’t sincere about finding the Secretary Of The Inferior.

President Obama’s new Press Secretary Josh Earnest, stated at todays news briefing that “. . . he was earnest that the President was earnest about the search for Air Force One as well as The Secretary Of The Inferior”.

This confused the White House Press Corp because they thought the President was not Earnest because Josh Earnest was Earnest. And Josh Earnest stated that he was earnest and the President was earnest as well. The White House Press Corp reiterated that Earnest was Earnest and Earnest was not Obama.

After forty-five minutes the Earnest – earnest conundrum was tabled until a later date.

(FOX News) Donald Rumsfeld was asked to comment on the incident and stated: “we know, there are known knowns; there are things that we know that we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don’t know we don’t know.”

And he continued, “The missing Secretary Of The Inferior is the ultimate in unknown unknowns, if you ask me.”

And of course, Dick Cheney was asked for comments on this new international mystery but was unable to make it to the interview because he had “left his heart in San Francisco” and hadn’t noticed until his flight was over Wisconsin. Which at that point had to turn his flight back to the West Coast.

Tubularsock was ask by the blog site Deconstructing Myths to contribute an article to their Mic check guest blogger series.

The opportunity is simple: To open information up to a broader audience than Tubularsock presently has and to present that information within a forum of enlightened and creative people .

 Deconstructing Myths is the creation of Jeff Nguyen, a multi-talented  fellow with the stated goal of  “. . . shed[ing] light on some of the important issues of our time.” And to find “collective solutions” to the problems found in our world today.

But the largest focus of Jeff’s work to is “. . . to deconstruct the myths many of us have been raised on through the powerful influence of the media and teachings of the dominant culture.”
